The best part of this hotel is how clean it is. Fresh towels and slippers are provided daily. There is even a deodoriser spray for clothes provided. The reception and cleaning staff were all very friendly and hospitable. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby, as well as a large convenient store. In a short walking distance is the Shinsaibashi Shopping Street, a marketplace we love walking along, that will also eventually lead you to the heart of Dotonbori.

All of the staff was super friendly, nice, and helpful. The breakfast was incredible! Train stations were easy to get to from the hotel and taxis came by often. Short walk to Dotonburi made it fun to grab a bite! Would recommend a stay here! Thank you for the great stay!

It is 10 mins walk from shinsaibashi shopping street and walking further walking will be dotonbori. The reception waiting area in the lobby bench seat needs to be cleaned since the seats have shown stains on them. The room was tidy and they provided towels daily(as long as you place dirty towels outside of your room) but staff only clean the rooms every 3 days or so. This might not be fully reflective of what to expect since it is OSAKA expo when we came.

Spacious, Comfortable, and Perfectly Located

We were extremely pleased with our stay at Smile Premium Osaka Hommachi. The room was surprisingly spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was very comfortable, the shower had great water pressure, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The location is excellent, with easy access to the subway and plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The front desk staff were always polite and helpful. Overall, a great option for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and excellent value in Osaka. Highly recommended!

Our experience was not as great as other hotels we stayed. We had asked about luggage delivery service and was promised 2 days to forward to our next hotel by the front staff as long as we met the timely deadline. The next day when we attempted to set up the shipment (before the timely deadline) we were told it would take 3 days instead. Otherwise, the provided amenities were lacking. The laundry rooms were small and were always busy. The fact that they give fresh towels and slippers everyday of our stay was excessive and wasteful. Otherwise, it was a good location and interior.
