The staff at front desk was very lovely. Also the restaurant server was very kind and set up the outdoor fireplace for us to sit around and enjoy in the evening, very helpful. Beautiful rooms and beach and walking location. Conference room worked out great. I liked the underground parking.

The food at the hotel restaurant was very mediocre, flavourless, there was only 2 tables of 4 people each while we were there, our food was wrong, cold and had to be sent back. We got the pasta deal. The hotel is also not very sound proof, we could hear every single foot step, door closing and conversation from beside us and above us.

Had a fantastic stay here, the studio suite we stayed in was nice, comfortable and very well stocked. If we had wanted to cook, we would have easily been able to. The bed was big, clean and very comfortable. My only recommendation is the ceiling in the bathroom needs to be updated (it was ACT ceiling tile - could be more modern). We could hear the guests above us stomping on the floor, so bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper. Also the pool/patio/hot tub area doesn't let you bring your own beverages, you will be forced to buy form the bar - which is unfortunate.

Everything was great besides our visit at the restaurant unfortunately I think we might have been forgotten about as we only ordered appetizers and it took almost an hour to get them and once received you could tell it was rushed.

Didn't use the pool or hot tubs this trip. Underground parking was good. Looks like they've fixed the noise issue the garage door opener made in the rooms directly above. We've stayed here several times and it's always great.

Studio space was a good size, bed was comfy and nice bedding. Unfortunately road noise was loud by this room as cars are going by fast. Disappointed there was no fresh creamer option in the fridge to make coffee in the morning.

This resort has everything you could need for a stay in Osoyoos. It’s right on the lake, with a licensed beach, pool and hot tubs, bbqs for guest use, as well as a restaurant. The room we stayed in was large, clean, and well equipped with a kitchen and beautiful view of the lake.

Staff were very attentive and helpful. The property was well maintained and in a great location on the lake. Our only concern was we could hear the person above us moving around and using the bathroom etc. We would definitely visit again if we can get a room on the upper floor.
