The home pool and resort pool are both great for our family. All amenities were great and the home was well stocked with any housewares any family could want. Our biggest issue was the insufficiency of the lighting in the home. Specifically in the kitchen and master bedroom. This is our second time rental this unit and would do so again based on the number of people accompanying us. Thank you

The arcade room was a hit! Everyone loved starting the day with a game of basketball or skeeball. We had a fantastic time, even with the historic cold weather while we were there.

Fantastic house, our family loved it and we will definitely return. We have stayed in other houses at Windsor Hills, but this one was the best so far. The pool water could have been a bit warmer, and I recommend leveling the snooker table, but that did not interfere with our wonderful vacation. The garage with the game room is a real plus, my daughter loved it. Go without hesitation.

The property was spacious, well equipped and worked well for our family. There were several small issues that arose, mostly poor maintenance issues and a lack of attention to detail. The host offered to fix the issues we ran into, but we did not want to be bothered during our vacation. They did state that the issues would be repaired so hopefully it is in a better state for the next guests. When you spend this much money for what is described as 'luxury', you expect 5 star quality. This property was quite shy of 5 stars. Issues included broken door handle, damaged screens that allowed squirrels, frogs and salamanders into the enclosed pool area, a ceiling fixture in one of the bathrooms was hanging as it was being held up with tape, old bedding, etc. Although it did not live up to the expected standard, it will be 5 stars if the issues are taken care of.

The house was just as pictured and very well stocked. Our family enjoyed our stay. The kids absolutely loved the water park slides and the little park. Communication with the property manager was easy and responded promptly when we contacted them. Wouldn’t hesitate staying again!

Honestly the property overall was alright. It was mostly very cleanly. One of the upstairs bathroom did have a moldy scent and upon further inspection there was a lot of black mold inside the clear plastic shower knob. The kitchen was spotless and other bathrooms were good. The rooms were really nice and had comfortable beds. Someone did abruptly enter the pool cage and mess with the levels while we were outside so that was a little shocking. We also had an issue with parking and communication with the host. There was a discrepancy between having a colleague dropped off via Uber and that counting towards the 3 cars allowed to park in the driveway. Other than that it was just ok.

Great home base in Orlando

Well equipped house in a great neighborhood if you want to visit theme parks. Lovely water park minutes away from the house, all included. Walmart 3 minute drive.
