Your premier high-quality home, located in the coveted Emerald Island Resort neighborhood, perfect for your Disney vacation, Golf trip, or “Staycation”! We've recently completed a full renovated to our home, and now feature a new kitchen, new bathrooms (5.5), flat screen TV's, interior and exterior paint, lanai furniture, and all linens.

Relax like royalty in this sprawling villa that includes FOUR KING MASTER bedrooms all with ENSUITE BATHROOMS and flat screen TVs. Bedrooms are all high-quality furniture, bedding, fresh sheets, and towels! You’ll feel like you are at a luxurious resort.

The first floor features a King Master with private attached bathroom along with another bedroom with two twin beds. The upstairs features THREE King suites, all with private bathrooms. This Royal Villa also offers exclusively designed PRINCESS, STAR WARS, and HARRY POTTER bedrooms! Themed rooms include dress-up clothes and toys for children’s imagination and play! (Sizes toddlers to 12 yrs) A Queen air mattress, (2) pack n plays, (2) strollers, and highchair are also available for your convenience.

Stunning private pool and jet spa. The villa’s beautiful lanai includes pool chairs, BBQ, tiki bar, flat screen television, and dining table for outside enjoyment.

Emerald Island resort features a second public swimming pool, sand volleyball court, tennis courts, nature running trails, business center, sports rental equipment, game room, and Tiki bar with happy hour and entertainment - all walking distance from your Royal Villa!

Royal Villa is just 3 miles from Disney’s Maingate and 11 from Disney Springs - featuring a plethora of shops, restaurants, entertainment and activities.

The fun doesn’t stop at the parks -- this gorgeous home is the BEST layout and offers a spacious living room and kitchen to spend time together, while also cherishing your own space in their private king suite. Your living room provides a beautiful flat screen TV and, of course, free WIFI throughout the home. The home is equipped with a Bluetooth speakers available for use around the pool or inside!

Our family of 16 stayed at the Royal Villa and it was perfect! Each family had their own king bed suite and there were enough rooms for the kids. The house was well equipped for making our meals there. The heated pool was perfect for our young kids, they had so much fun!! Tim and Stacy were available anytime we had a question about the home. I highly recommend staying here!

I can't say enough good things about this home. We had a family of 15, 10 adults and 5 children. The 4 king suites was the first of many amenities that drew us to this home. The game room and pool were a fabulous perk for the kids and adults. Countless hours were spent enjoying pool, pinball, play station 4 and board games. The pool area was fabulous with a tiki bar, lounge chairs, pool floaties, toys and beach towels. We enjoyed the close proximity to local attractions like Disney, Kennedy space center and beaches. The home was exceptionally clean and the property owners are very respondent to any and all questions leading up to the trip and during. We have already talked about coming back!

Nice House, Great Location for Parks and Restaurants

Nice house. Large kitchen area with plenty of room for everyone. The bedrooms were all very nice, mattresses and pillows were all above average and each room has a TV. Bathrooms were nice and clean. Living room area was very nice, large flat screen TV and plenty of seating. There are a number of great restaurants within minutes of the house, Giordano's Pizza, Olive Garden, Miller's Ale House, and Texas Roadhouse to name a few. There is also a Publix close by to stock up on groceries if you need to. The Disney parks are all within a few minutes of this location too.
