The room was clean and the amenities were fine. The beds were in need of replacement as they did sag quite a bit. The walkin shower was helpful along with the grab bars as im currently walking with a cane, however, the shower needs a shelf to sit your shampoo and soap on. I had to roll a chair into the bathroom to do this. There wasnt staff on duty when i arrived just after 10pm and had to wait several minutes for someone to arrive and check me in. The other thing that needs to be addressed is that the door numbers are very dark and hard to read at night.

Got an email from them before my stay, which thankfully I saw. Typically I wouldn't be checking my email at the start of a vacation due to being busy with the vacation. I was instructed to call the office to "confirm my stay," even though I booked a non-refundanble rate. Website claimed to have a 24 hr front desk but when I called I was informed he was only staying until 11. Well we spent our check in day at Disney and had wanted to go to Disney Springs after the park. However we had to go to the hotel instead to check in and by then we were too far away, and it was too late, to want to go back out to the Springs. Will not stay here again. If I pay for a non-refundable rate at a place that says their check in is 24 hours (like most hotels, esp near Disney where many people spend check in day at the parks), I shouldn't have to stop my day to go check in.

The room was clean enough. But what I don't appreciate being mislead by the advertising. When you look at the pictures like the lobby for instance. The lobby in the picture is light comfortable looking and makes you think you're in a tropical kind of atmosphere. Instead the lobby is dingy. The front desk has bullet proof glass. There is no couch. When I pulled up to the hotel the front desk clerk was standing outside having a smoke. The room itself was clean enough but once again it doesn't come close to what was portrayed in the pictures.

Well hate to let you know, there was reaches in the bed, on the table, bathroom area,yes reaches, and the shower rod fell upon me It was an small ache to my back for a small moment, couldn't reach anybody to report the incidents, I was looking for a refund,or a small adjustment to my bill,so would I recommend this property to others, thats a another conversation for another day, I did survive my stay, but upon check-out you speak to no one, drop the keys in a drop box there are certain things that can be improved with time, I was not totally % disappointed in my stay, so the question for me will I rent a a room from them in the future , yes I will thank you
