Disliked: Cleanliness, communication, location, listing accuracy
Very disappointing stay. Two bathrooms had strong mold/mildew odors and were unusable, and others had drainage issues (shower and sink). The home shows heavy wear with stained furniture and marked walls.Although listed for up to 14 guests, it felt under-equipped with limited kitchen items and seating. We paid extra to have the pool/spa heated, but it never got warm enough to use. Communication started off responsive but quickly stopped, and the issue was never resolved.Overall, poor maintenance and customer service made this far from a relaxing stay. Would not recommend.
