Great location in Winter Park! So many quality restaurants and things to do close by. The home is easily accessible with plenty of space. The host, Wendy was very hospitable. We left a toiletry bag and she was kind enough to let us know so we could come back. We enjoyed our one night stay!

This unit was clean and comfortable, in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Communication with host was good prior to check in, but when we requested check out information the afternoon before our departure, we never received a response. I hope we left the unit to her satisfaction. An information booklet in the unit that has information for the nearest hospital and veterinarian would be helpful as well as recommendations for eateries. There are many in the area, and suggestions from a local is always beneficial. Google is hit and miss. Overall, a good place to stay.
