Overall the stay was great as and the location was perfect! I would say that the two twin mattresses need to be updated as they are not comfortable and one has a dip in the center. The other two rooms were super comfortable. Additional mirrors would also be welcomed as the only mirrors are in the bathrooms. Perhaps on the wall or behind the doors in the bedrooms. We would definitely stay here again! :)

Location for our Disney week was perfect! No more than a 10-15 min drive to all 4 parks! Very convenient to a Walmart for supplies and plenty of restaurant choices. Quiet and safe gated community.

Very Nice

It was a very nice and clean condo. Pool was the perfect size as well. Traffic between it and Orlando was a little crazy at times but overall not bad at all.

This property is very clean, easy to find, gated, the pool was lovely. Very close to Walt Disney World and easy to access for groceries and dinners in the evening . Highly recommend , would sleep a family of 4 to 5 very comfortably. Also very quiet.

Great Condo. Great Price

Gated property, very clean surrounding areas. Pool very large, kids loved it. Next to Walmart for all extra needs. Condo is spacious, beds are comfortable. Extra pillows and linens are available. Would definitely stay again.

Florida trip March 1-7

Comfortable condo. Kitchen clean and well stocked. Bathrooms clean. Laundry clean and stocked.Master bedroom clean. Sheets on the bed were pilled. Rat traps near the garage and entry door were a little concerning, but no vermin seen. The resort itself showed some age and wear. Traffic was gridlock much of the time. Difficult to get around.

Great Space

The condo is very spacious and well stocked. The lication is very convenient to Disney amd many other attractions, restaurants and other things to do. It is surprisingly quiet for the location.We would definitely stay here again.

Pleasant condo community in Kissimee

We stayed here during a vacation to Disney and Universal parks. The condo met our expectations, and was very clean and comfortable. It is close to all of the parks. The only downside was the amount of traffic at night returning from the parks made the ride much longer than expected. Would recommend if you’re looking for an affordable alternative to a Disney resort.

Great place just not very clean

We enjoyed the location, pool and condo. Only thing we were disappointed with was the cleanliness. We had drool on pillowcase, hair in the bathroom, carpets weren't clean. We also were not given any extra toilet paper until we called for some.

Very Nice. Close to Disney. Would stay again.

We had a delightful stay at this property. Lift/Ubers were easy to locate and arrived quickly to the property. Walking distance to a Walmart - about 3 blocks. Very Clean. Kitchen has all basic supplies. We had a question for maintenance and they were quick to respond (within business hours). We would stay again. Disney parks were within about 7 minutes or less from the townhouse. Very nice to be so close to all of the fun. Pool was nice too.

Conference

Me and some friends came down for a conference for work. It was a nice place to stay. The security guard was very friendly. In the spare bathroom, there was an occasional “scream” from the shower head, but I’m sure that’s an easy fix. Overall, it was a nice, relaxing stay.
