Fabulous villa in a quiet community with a lanai, pool and spa that is not overlooked.The villa is in an ideal location for the Disney Parks with the Universal and Seaworld Parks only a short drive away. There are also a good choice of restaurants and supermarkets close to the villa.The villa is very well maintained and well equipped. It was spotlessly clean and after a long flight, arriving in the dark, it was very welcoming to walk into the villa where the lights had been left on for us.Chris, the host, was great at communicating at every stage of the booking and whilst we were staying in the villa. We had the most wonderful holiday in Kissimmee, and we really enjoyed staying in the villa as opposed to a hotel, the pool and spa were greatly appreciated after a long day in the parks!We would definitely stay at this villa again and would recommend it to our family and friends.

We stayed here from Oct 18, 2025 to Nov 1, 2025 Our host Chris was very welcoming, he sent us a welcome to our home email 2 weeks before our arrival date; giving us all the information we needed to ensure we knew what to expect when we arrived our first day. He was always quick to respond when we had any questions and even thought to send us our check out email a few days early since he would be out of town and did not want to forget. However even though he was out of town during our departure time, he did wish us safe travels home. That was so very nice and appreciated. The house it's self is beautiful, it was just my husband and myself our adult children and grandchild could not make it so the house was way more than we needed, but we loved every part of it. Such a beautiful quite community. It was so nice to spend a couple quite evenings relaxing in the hot tub. There isn't one bad thing I have to say about this place or Chris the host. It was such an amazing place to stay. I will definitely stay here again in the future! When it comes to going to the theme parks getting to Disney World is definitely not far from the house and very easy to get to, and Universal is about 25 minutes or so down the freeway. Trust me you'd love this house and the convenience it gives you not just to the parks but to the main road were you can find anything you need!!!

The property was in a wonderful location very convenient to theme parks, shops and restaurants. It was spotless, very well decorated, very comfortable beds. It smelled fresh unlike some that can have a slightly damp musty smell. It was very well equipped with kitchen equipment. Plenty of seating both inside and around the pool. The south facing pool was truly excellent. A pool table in the dining area instead of the garage provided us with great entertainment. While we didn’t have time to use it the impressive cinema room would be a boon if weather turned wet. From booking to check in and check out Chris kept in contact. Everything was effortless. As a family we thank him very much.The only downside is that we had leave and come home. We’ll be back. The Erwin/ Adams family.

This house was amazing! We had a blast and wished we were able to stay longer. Pool and hot tub were so clean! House was spotless! The kids had a blast playing pool and loved the movie theater. The only thing I'd recommend is fixing the ceiling fans throughout the house. Most of them were set on low and could not be changed despite having a remote control so it was very warm in the upstairs bedrooms.

Great location/neighborhood, wonderful property, even more wonderful host

The neighborhood is exclusive but we felt very welcome at the guard house and clubhouse, the clubhouse attendee offered us all neighborhood amenities and was very helpful. The property was clean and cared for, and so spacious! Those in our party with work obligations easily found space to work while we all enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Chris, our host contacted us a couple of weeks before our arrival to make sure we had all instructions and was a top-notch communicator the entire time when we needed. Simply the most excellent host I’ve ever experienced! Kitchen is well stocked, beds were comfy and everything was thoughtfully set up for our stay. We LOVED the movie theater room, and we and our adult children enjoyed watching our fav family movies as quote-and-sing-alongs, so fun in that atmosphere… Thanks for a great experience! Highly recommend and we will be back

My family and family friends had a wonderful time in this property. The house is spacious that everyone had their own room and bathrooms. The pool was a huge hit, esp with my 3-year old grandson, with the life vest for his size was so helpful, thank you. Chris is a wonderful host/manager.

The host was a great communicator. The property is conveniently located and clean. The kitchen was well equipped. We had 10 people and the indoor and outdoor common areas worked well for that group size. The large bedrooms and other areas provided privacy when needed.
