Loved the place , the pictures don’t do the justice of the house and the theater room , let me point out the main thing of this house that stood out from any other one I have ever rented the cleanliness, loved that there was no carpet anywhere in the house ( you know it’s really clean with no carpet ) normally you will find hair here and there in corners there was nothing the house was so clean from top to bottom the beds were very comfy we all slept like babies , the bedding was nice , warm , comfortable , clean not no cheap stuff that most houses have, the pool was very clean( We did pay extra for heated pool but the spa was just as warm as a hot tub normally spas aren’t ) it backs up to a field/pond with fountain so that’s a nice touch that you have no rear neighbors felt very safe in the house and the area ( but have always liked staying in Windsor hill ) house was close to everything Disney and universal sea world , shops ,the kids approved of the house my son loved the life size statues of Deadpool and Iron Man no furniture was wore out couch was comfy ( loved that it was a wipeable leather couch that always stands out to me cuz you know they don’t clean the couches and carpet after each stay ) , showers had good water pressure ( set back is I wish they had the removable shower handles ) but no biggie there Family of 5 from Michigan with 12 year old triplets that vacation to the area every couple of years WILL BACK the agent was wonderful to work with too

Wonderful Stay – Perfect for Families That Love Swimming and Watching Movies!

The check-in and check-out process was seamless, communication with the host was excellent (they have working hours for basic inquiries and emergency contact for after hours), and the home itself exceeded our expectations. My husband and kids loved it so much that we ended up requesting a few extra nights!While there were a few minor quirks with the property, none of them impacted the quality of our stay. For instance, we didn’t plan to use the garage anyway, but this space was used to be converted into a theater room - easily one of our favorite features of the house. The driveway does fit two cars.Other highlights besides the in-home movie theater, included the mini neighborhood water park, private pool, TVs in nearly every room, and the overall cleanliness and comfort throughout.The location is fantastic - tucked inside a quiet, gated community with beautiful views of water and trees, especially from the bridge near the entrance gate. It’s also just a short drive to Publix, Walmart Supercenter, and a variety of great restaurants.The kitchen was well-stocked with dinnerware, but if you plan to cook more elaborate meals, I recommend bringing additional appliances. For example, I wish I had brought my crockpot, though I made do with a regular pot for slow cooking.Overall, this home was the perfect family getaway - comfortable, fun, and relaxing. We’d definitely return!

Our recent stay at this VRBO property was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we booked, the host was incredibly responsive and helpful, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. The property itself was even better than the photos—clean, beautifully decorated. The location was ideal, close to Wdw properties yet peaceful and private. We especially loved the pool with pond in backyard. We enjoyed the movie theater and watched a movie on our off night. Everything was well-maintained, which made us feel right at home. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be booking again in the future. Highly recommend this VRBO to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming, and memorable stay!

Great family vacation spot

We had a wonderful family vacation. The house was big and beautiful and generally clean. The pool and hottub were a real hit, as was the movie theater. The house was very close to Disney and all related attractions. A great place for children and adults alike.

Senior Celebration Week

We had an amazing time celebrating my son's graduation gorm high school. The neighborhood and house were very nice and clean. We were less than 20 min to the parks and shops. Everyone had a wonderful time and many memories were madr.
