BEWARE OF DIAMOND VACATION RENTALS and STOREY LAKE neighborhoods. Security is non-existent (even though listing says “24h gated security”)! Drove up to a broken gate and Diamond takes no accountability. Stayed 1 night and woke up to major police activity in the community. We left early and are still trying to recoup our money from the 4 nights we didn’t stay. Horrible experience and communication from Diamond was beyond frustrating.

Very disappointed in the condition of the home and its amenities. The oven didn’t work and the BBQ grill we had to “rent” partially worked. Our gate passes also worked intermittently. This could be a great place to stay if the owner actually maintained the home. Wouldn’t recommend in its current condition.

The host was responsive to our concerns and issues, which we appreciate. However, it was disappointing that when we arrived the house was not stocked with what was promised (toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, etc). The rooms were also different from what were pictured, which again was disappointing based on what the families were planning on for the kids. A positive was that the house was clean.
