About this property

Entire place

You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

25% Off 4BR Home Pool Close to Disney!

Ready for some Florida sunshine? This four-bedroom home in Encore Resort at Reunion, Kissimmee, has a private pool, a real bed for all eight of you, and Magic Kingdom just 19 minutes away. It's ready for your family the moment you walk in.

Make a Splash!
What's a Florida vacation without pool time? Your private pool sits on a southeast-facing deck that catches the morning sun, so breakfast outside is an easy start to a park day. Spend the afternoon cooling off and unwinding. No crowded hotel pool required!

Every door and window that opens onto the pool has an alarm, so you'll know if a little one heads outside.

Room to Relax. Space to Make Memories.
Everyone gets a real bed and a TV. The ground-floor queen bedroom has a bathroom right beside it, so grandparents can skip the stairs. Upstairs are two king bedrooms, a second queen bedroom, and a lounge with its own TV for movie night. Three full bathrooms and an on-demand water heater mean nobody waits for a hot shower.

The kitchen, dining, and living areas share one open space overlooking the pool. Stainless appliances, granite counters and an island with seats for three make breakfast before the parks easy, and the table seats all eight for dinner in.

Little Ones Welcome
Baby gear is already here: a high chair and a playpen, with stair gates available upon request. Wi-Fi, central air, and a washer and dryer for wet swimsuits make longer stays easy, too.

Close to the Magic!
Magic Kingdom is about 19 minutes away and Universal Studios about 30. You also have full access to the Reunion Water Park. Then head back to your own pool and trade the parks' excitement for some well-deserved relaxation.

A Little More Personality. A Lot More Vacation.
At Swanky Vacay, we believe a vacation home should be more than a place to sleep. It should be a place to laugh, relax, reconnect, and make memories that last long after you return home. Our local team cares for this home, and a real person answers when you message us.

Good to know
- Pool heat and a grill are available for an extra charge. Let us know before you arrive, since the pool takes about a day to heat.
- The home is close to I-4, so you may hear some traffic. White noise machines are provided.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a coffee maker.

We enjoyed our stay, the resort is nice with good security and an easily accessible location. The villa was missing some household items that you would expect to be provided. The beds were very comfortable however the villa is not in the right location for light sleepers, it’s sits on the I4 and the traffic noise is continuously very loud
