Loved this house, the location and proximity to everything! The layout and the kitchen was perfect! The customer service was fabulous. The bed in the master suite was fantastic! Some other adult family members mentioned that their beds were not as comfortable, but we would definitely stay here again!

My family and I stayed here for six nights in November. The home was beautifully furnished with everything that we might need (ie linens, dishes, cooking utensils, toiletries, etc)! The only thing we would change is that there were very limited hooks for: bath towels, hand towels and pool towels in all of the bathrooms making it difficult to keep things tidy during the week. We loved the location, the garage play room, and the pool & spa right at the house! The host was extremely prompt to all of our requests before and during the stay- absolutely amazing to work with. We would definitely stay here again!

House was great !! lots of room ! Didnt have pot holders to cook with. Felt 1 bath towel per person wasnt enough. I know most women use 2 each. Water pressure in master bath not very strong and water wasnt very hot. House was great for our needs and we will be back !

Wonderful stay! The house was extremely clean and well stocked with towels, pool towels, and kitchen items. Lots of closet storage for suitcases, etc. The pool was wonderful and adding heat was perfect in October. The clubhouse is about a 6 minute drive- not close to the house at all, so we didn't use it.

When we arrived, the AC was not working, so me and my family spent the first night with no AC. We called someone and they said they would send someone between 8-12, but no one came. There’s also no fans in the bedrooms. No one came till late the next day after calling several times. Even after the AC was “fixed” the air flow through the vents was barely there. We set it to 69 degrees, but it didn’t even feel close to that temperature. They only refunded 75 even though it cost way more than that for just one night. Overall, the place did look very nice and was comfortable. The neighborhood is also in a really good spot and close to a target if things were needed.

Not What I Expect and Not in a Good Way

I was expecting a higher-end property. While the interior of the home was decent, the experience was significantly impacted by the excessive amount of hair found in the bathrooms. We contacted the property manager, who assured us that someone would come to clean the next day. Although it appeared that someone had been through the property, the hair remained.To add to the discomfort, as we were leaving the community, we saw at least four sheriff’s cars in the area. Overall, this was not the experience I anticipated—unfortunately, I won’t be returning.

Very Satisfied with this Rental.

Very clean and modern home to share between 2 families, maybe even 3. For those looking to sunbathe, there is limited sun exposure in the pool area. Also, 35/day for pool heat is a bit steep, but needed depending on the time of year. Overall, very satisfied with our stay.

BEST VACATION

the best, clean, cozy house that you could find and come back here again and again. I recommend you to visit this one. Pool clean, house with many bedrooms. It is a good choice when you have many children. And they also have a big free water park near their house

Property description is misleading

The property was great. Clean and convenient. However, the “spa” is not heated as is implied by “spa” in the description. Additional cost must be incurred for the pool heat. Overall a great property but I felt mislead.

Pool Heating Issue and Very Noisy/Partying Neighbours

The pool heat not functioning was a huge problem during our stay. Casiola Homes took little responsibility for this issue, rather stating (in a very diplomatic way) it was an issue out of their control. They were made aware of the issue immediately at check with it finally being resolved 72-84 hrs into a 7 day reservation. Casiola Homes stated they would provide a refund for days the pool was not usable(obvious to me), however, that was all could be done. I spent multiple hours of my vacation time inquiring regarding updates ( as none were provided by Casiola Homes independently)and when the issue would be resolved. We typically enjoy staying at Storey Lake due to the proximity to anemities, however, it was a very noisy stay with partying neighbours (until 4am) 4 days out of 7. We visit Florida 2-3 times annually and will not book with Casiola Homes in the future.
