WOW! Incredible Spot so Close to Disney

Wow! What an incredible place! Has an amazing view from the third floor overlooking the golf course. Beautiful rooms for us and the kids- they have themed rooms and an arcade and movie theater! We will definitely be back! Thank you!

Paid for the hot tub and heated pool for entire stay, but it only was hot on the last day, the day we left. One of the bedrooms was very cold while the rest of the house was warm. The house was big which fit our needs but the house needs an update.

This home has every amenity you could ever want for your vacation. We are a large family with kids ages 1-18 and there was something for everyone. Never a dull moment in this entertainment oasis.We only wish that the elevator had been available for use by our wheel hair bound son. Other than that, this house was and is a dream.

It would be better if all conveniences of the unit (fireplaces, elevator, some fans, controls, etc.) were functional or explained. Bedding could use improvement beyond the bedspreads provided. Additional blankets, duvet, comforter, etc. would be appreciated at this price point. Overall, home was clean, comfortable, and in a good location.

Pool heat

I have been renting in Reunion yearly for over 18 year's thru different search engines and was pleasantly surprised your rates were finally compatible. I was very pleased with the house except for the delayed pool heat for half the week. I understand these things happen but was disappointed it took so long to rectify. I realize we will be credited for the days we went without but feel we should have been compensated for the full week, the purpose of travel to your resort is for the warmer weather and nightly pool use. I would also like to point out that the kitchen needs bigger bowls, platters and frying pan for larger groups.
