We had an amazing stay! The team was incredibly responsive and helpful with any questions we had. The location couldn’t have been better—right next to the clubhouse, so we could easily walk over each day, and only about a 25-minute drive to the Disney parks. The house was spotless when we arrived and even included a handy starter pack of cleaning supplies, which saved us from having to buy everything. The home itself was much more spacious than it looks in the photos—plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy. We made family memories that will last a lifetime. Thank you, Frank, Winnie, and Candice, for such a wonderful experience!

Fun Family Vacation

Wonderful house in an excellent location! Close to Disney, shopping, restaurants & other activities. House was very nice - loved that everyone in our family had their own room and bathroom! Made for a great time! We didn’t have time for the community pool but it looked awesome! Property management was very helpful and communicated well.

Beautiful House

The property was wonderful. Lots and lots of room for everyone. We had nine family members all staying and there was plenty of room for everyone. The only problem we encountered was the last night of our stay someone broke into the back screened in area and was in the pool. Every one was in bed and assumed it was one of the other people in our family until we got up the next day and found out everyone else assumed the same thing. We discovered someone had bypassed the screen lock to open the door to the pool area.

House is very spacious. Super easy trip to Disney and Cocoa Beach. There were a few issues, the pool screen was ripped down in one section and obviously had been duct taped previously, aside from the eyesore it was very buggy by the house pool because of the issue. The white living room couch was pretty beat up. We were told by management company they were ordering materials but that didn’t help us! WiFi service is spotty.

Perfect location for spending time at Disney

Had a lovely stay in this very nice house. We had the pool heated which worked well for us, particularly as the sun doesn’t cover much of the back patio and pool. Perfect location enabling you to get to and from all things Disney in around 15 a 20 minutes. The house is spacious and well designed but getting a little tired. Having said all that we had a fantastic time and would definitely go back

BAD COMMUNICATION

The house itself was okay (although the beds were rock hard, and the pillows were like pieces of paper), but overall we did enjoy our stay while we were there. The issues arose afterwards. Unfortunately, one of our party members forgot a hair straightener in the house and we reached out the same day we checked out to make sure the cleaning crew would find it and we could pay to have it shipped to us. Rather than getting back to us the same day or even one day later with a resolution, it took 3 WEEKS and MULTIPLE emails to eventually be told it wasn’t found. It’s very sketchy that this company would wait that long to get back to a client about something that could’ve been taken care of the same day. It strikes me as a company that takes your money and once they get it, they don’t bother with you again. I wish that we read more reviews on them before our stay because multiple other reviews say their communication is not good either. We have learned our lesson and will not be booking a stay with them again just based on the fact that their communication skills made us feel like we were only a dollar amount and not a valued customer.

Slow response to issues

The lock did not work on front door. We finally got it, but it took a long time. The did not respond for almost 6 hours after sending the message. We had to leave the back door unlocked when we left, so we would be able to get back in. They Finally fixed the lock late on the 2nd day. We also paid for Heating the pool and it was never heated.

Large home convenient to Orlando sites

This house is a great choice for a large family gathering. Plenty of space for everyone. Kitchen had the basics and the garage game tables were a good addition. The downstairs does show some wear and tear and the pool could use some more chairs but it was a great option for our large family. Plenty of shopping close by and the neighborhood clubhouse and pool are right next to the house. Also, the neighborhood sets off fireworks behind the house on the 4th of July so that is a bonus if you are there over the 4th.

Fantastic Location !!

Amazing property with an even better location. If you plan on spending time on the resort like we did ….This is the house !! Only issue we had was the pool heater didn’t work for the last two days of our stay. Not sure why. I sent a message and was told the heater shuts off at night. Which we were aware of. This wasn’t working at all. Even during the day. Again … Not a huge deal. The kids just walked next door to the resort. I absolutely would stay here again and hope to !!

Beautiful property, But Some Issues

The house was lovely, and the space was very accommodating. However, the kitchen is very poorly equipped for our group. There were no bath mats (???) who does that?? Also, one of the bedrooms we thought was a Queen was just a Full Size. And the Full Size was made up with TWIN size sheets that continually came off the bed while sleeping. Again, the place was lovely, but very sparsely furnished. I'm sure the owners never stay there. Check-in was a nightmare since we weren't told where to go to check in, just given a door keycode. Need to put the address of the guard station for check in on the info. Security was non-existent since the gates were open all the time.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our trip! The location of the house was perfect for traveling with 2 infants and a toddler. The private pool was ideal. We chose to heat the pool and it was perfect for the little ones.

Last minute save

Our reserved VRBO canceled (leak) on the day of arrival, 7 business owners coming from various cities. We were able to secure this property in the late afternoon for evening occupation. Everything as advertised. Very clean. Very spacious. Very comfortable. Living room sofa had a couple buttons missing and a small rip. Other than that, all was well. Ckose to World Center Marriott for our conference. Very grateful it was available. Note: Toilet paper is only one roll per bathroom, but Target is very close. Also, Very few drinking glasses. Again: Target.

Storey Lake stay

Great location next to clubhouse! Heated pool was outstanding! Plenty of room for kids/grandkids. We really enjoyed our stay. Just to note the house does not have or provide many accessories such as pool towels or cooking/cleaning supplies. We bought and left extra pans and broom, and needed to buy spices/garbage bags/toilet paper/etc. all in all a great place!

Wonderful Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house was clean and big enough for 4 adults and 4 teens. The kids enjoyed having the pool as well as their own living room. We got to spend one day at the community pool and lazy rover which was nice. Will definitely stay again!

Great for a large group

We had a great stay for 10 adults. The house was huge and had plenty of room for our 4 couples and 2 individuals. Only a few things I think could be improved, since it's clearly only used as a rental property, there weren't any of the normal starters that I would have expected in the kitchen, no spices, no salt and pepper or oil, no sugar or coffee filters. We were able to make due, but some of those basics would have been nice for starters. Also could use a few overview items added to the emails or signs on the property about gate information, trash, best grocery stores etc. Overall, it was a great stay and we would totally recommend it.
