My family of 6 LOVED everything about our stay!We are out of state pass holders who visit frequently. Normally we stay within the Disney Bubble and have always been worried about staying offsite. But I'm so glad we took the chance.Lets talk location. Windsor Hills is in such a great location! Super close to the Walmart which made getting groceries so easy. And so close to the parks. It took us about 20 minutes to the parks with traffic. The apartment itself had everything we could need. I did have a slight panic attack when I initially only saw a Keurig coffee maker and didn't have any pods. But we found a standard coffee maker in the cabinets. Bedrooms were nice and large. Beds comfortable. Everything was clean. Honestly I have nothing I could complain about. The location of the unit was also perfect. Just a short walk to the pool. And it was nice having a ground floor unit. It was difficult to get lounge chairs at the pool, and that was a bit frustrating. But we also visited during Easter week so may not be a fair representation of how busy the pool area normally is.My family all agreed we would absolutely stay in this unit again, and hope to be back!

This booking was exactly as depicted. It was clean, lovely and felt higher end than some of the other condos located in this location. The fact that it was ground floor was perfect! The waterpark and pool area was great for our family. We would book this location again without question.

Big enough

The place was as described and very comfortable for the number of people we had. A few suggestions: Make sure all pillows have pillowcase More towels would have been nice Better lighting in bedrooms - lighting was dark It stated there would be a starter of everything such as soap for kitchen and wash. we were not able to find that. We had to go out and buy something to wash a glass or to have run the dishwasher.

Bad Beds

Great 1st floor location but the beds were terrible. The twins and the queen bed were worse than bad Unfortunately we rented the unit for 16 days. I love Windsor Hills and have stayed here several times in different condos. This was my longest and most uncomfortable stay! I did not complain while I was there because I was pretty sure they were not going to go out and buy us new beds. We looked into buying air beds while we were there but decided we could not spend any more money. I did talk with the owner after and she told me she would take care of the problem. I sure hope she does. I could not recommend this unit unless you get proof that the beds have been replaced.
