Great location on Emerald Island. On first impression, the house was nice, soon found out it had a few issues.Had issues with pool & heating, Alpha were very good & did address this, sent engineer to fix problem & did refund some of our pool heating costs.Other issue were;No safe - this is standard for most rentals TV not working in downstairs master bedroom - engineer looked at it, couldn’t fix it so no TV for the two week entire stay.Cinema room has terrible smell, used air freshener to mask this. Ceiling fan not working in master bedroom.Several TV remotes were missing batteries.Upstairs shower not draining properly.Kitchen had no baking trays to cook food (only wanted to cook a few pizzas). One of the large knives in the drawer was broken & rusty.BBQ outside was, in our opinion, not usable, was filthy, needs replacing.Pool patio lights not working.Needs glass safety decals on patio doors.Two sockets in the downstairs bathroom didn’t work, had to dry hair in another bathroom.Two of the three hairdryers didn’t work.Outside pool furniture was broken & tables badly marked, needs replacing.Spray tap on kitchen sink not working.Living room main light not working.Recliner sofa not working in living room & needs extra cushions.No mop to wash tiled floor.I think we have been spoilt by staying in other houses on the island, which were a much higher spec.With some updating & some new equipment, this could be a very nice house.
