Enjoyed!

The furniture in the house is a little dated. The pool area needs some TLC, there are weeds along the bird cage inside and there is a water fountain area needs to be updated as the fountain wasn't running and looks like it needs TLC as well. The house is in an okay location with the neighborhood being mostly quiet, but neighborhood is slightly run down. Having said all this I'll say we enjoyed our stay, however the one thing I wish I could have changed was the water in the pool as the skimmer couldn't filter the top of the water our entire 6 day stay and there were a lot of bugs in the pool every morning ( a lot of gross mole crickets). Had I been allowed to I could have backwashed the filter to lower the water level as I do with my own pool at home but the rules state do not touch the pool filtration system, and I'm a rule follower.

Wonderful place to stay in Kissimmee

We had a great stay. This home is a great value for many reasons. The host replied promptly to any questions and was very accommodating. The property (including the pool area) was very clean and very well cared for. The Crescent Lakes area is safe and quiet. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well supplied and had plenty of room to work. We didn't have to buy a thing. Any issues we had were promptly addressed. David, the property manager was friendly and a pleasure to work with. We would highly recommend this property to our friends and family. We would definitely stay here again without hesitation.

Good size house for 8 of us. A little far from shopping/food. So expect a 15-30 minute drive to attraction area. We did sea world and it was 35 minutes. Pool area was nice and big for everyone to hang out. Kitchen fully stocked with everything you need to cook. Bring extra toilet paper and paper towels if staying more the 2 days. Having a washer and dryer was great. We kept all the house towels clean the whole stay.

We loved our stay!

The house was beautiful, the pool was perfect. The owner was always quick to respond to my questions we had great communications. The only complaint I have is in the main bathroom liens closet there was human hair on the towels/wash cloths, and somebody in close distance had their car radio very loud in middle of night/early morning time which did wake me, otherwise that this home was awesome. I would stay here again for another family trip
