The Home
At 1,800 sq ft spread across two floors, there's space for everyone to spread out. The open main level flows from a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances into a comfortable living room with a large sectional sofa, 42" flat screen TV, and dining space that seats up to 10. Step through the back and you're on your covered lanai with your own private screened splash pool — perfect for an afternoon cool-down without leaving the house.
Upstairs, the master suite features a king bed and private en-suite bath. Three additional bedrooms — a king, a queen, and a bunk bed room (twin over full) — mean this home comfortably sleeps families of all sizes, including a sleeper sofa for extra guests. Every bedroom has its own flat screen TV.

Free WiFi, linens, and towels are all included. A full-size washer and dryer are available upstairs.
Want to heat the pool? Pool heat is available for $25/day (3-day minimum) — just add it when booking or message us ahead of your stay.

Absolutely loved having the private pool. Kids loved it better than the community pool which was a short walk and beautiful. A few things needed to be addressed when we got there and I was a little frustrated that the people who manage the booking is different from the people who maintain the property which is also different from the people who provide linens. Once I figured that all out, it was smooth sailing. Last thing to mention: I know sofa beds are always awful, but this one was absolutely not sleepable at all. Do not count on anyone sleeping on it, even kids. Don’t let that deter you, we picked up some air mattresses and although the extra cost was annoying at first, it ended up working out just fine. We would definitely stay here again!!!
