Place was aged but definitely kept up and very clean. There were not a lot of kitchen plates/cups/etc., but for us we didn't really need them. Loved the security of the complex and this unit was right across from the pool and other amenities. Would definitely stay here again!

A bit aged- needs some updates

Overall our stay was fine, but a few updates are needed. The master shower drain does not work properly and the gap under the front door allowed roaches to get in almost daily. I had to shove grocery bags under the door to keep the pests out. Kitchen cabinets are falling apart, and very little kitchen equipment is provided. We found a giant toenail clipping on the couch as well. Other than those few minor things it was overall a good stay.

Easter weekend family get away

This condo was excellent. Clean and organized. The kitchen has enough to cook meals if you want. The pool is close. The Internet is good. The TV has lots of options. We had an wonderful weekend.

Change of heart

We will never stay on Disney property again after this amazing experience staying offsite at such a lovely condo. It was spacious, clean, quiet, and safe. Love the gated community. The pool was great too!! Walmart pick up orders were so convenient and it was only a few minutes away. Having a washer and dryer in unit was such a plus! Super easy to park, perfect location to easily walk to the pool and playground. There is even a bar at the pool that sells food too! Love love love this place and can’t wait to stay here again!

Easy access. Main entry security/check in guards were absolutely awesome. Nice place to walk around and easy access to amenities. Condo was roomy and comfortable. Great place to have a big family stay. Only three things i can say could use an update. Master bedroom needs a new fitted sheet...very rough and itchy. Pots and pans were not easy to cook with. Also, one of the balcony chairs was not suitable to sit on. Other than that, the stay was great and i would definitely reserve with this condo again.

Perfect Stay

We really enjoyed our 4 night stay here. We were impressed the moment we walked in our unit and saw the table set, lights and AC on and everything clean and ready for us. Quiet community and pool is a short walk away from unit. We loved that it was 1st floor and a short walk to parking lot. Each Disney park we went to was 15 - 20 minute drive which was great. We would stay here again!

Our 16 day vacation trip

Our owner was very responsive when notified of a dirty hvac filter (had not been changed for a long time) and a coffee pot that didn’t work. Replacements were installed within hours. We would rent this unit again.

Family vacation

The Great: Great space, lots of room, great location, nice amenities A couple little things: kitchen pots/ pans/ bowls/ utensils/ tupperware were limited for a family of 6, however, not that big of a deal, just have to do dishes more. When you go to the pool, it is packed, getting enough chairs for a family of 6 can be tricky... especially when some people would have both a table with chairs, as well as towels on a lounge chair so that they could go back and forth... meanwhile taking up a table and 2 chairs per person when other people were laying on the ground by the pool without one chair. All in all, a great place for a family though. The basketball court was great, as was the beach volleyball court. We would definitely recommend this place!

Fast acting

When we got there we had a small problem with ants. Contacted people right away they had someone out the next morning to spray and get them out. Was please with how fast they acted to fix the problem

3 bedroom ground floor apartment on Windsor Palms

Lovely apartment, convenient for all Disney and other attractions. On-site swimming pool, business centre and small shop. Apartment comfortable, everything you need for a holiday with a large selection of shops, restaurants and entertainment just a short drive away.

Nice and Quiet

Place was amazing. Would definitely stay here again. Check-in was easy and the the guard at the security gate was very informative and cordial. The pool and hot tub was literally only a fews steps away. Thank you.

Ideal set-up, needs a little TLC, but met our needs

The bedrooms were great for our family. Three bedrooms - one king plus two bedrooms with twin beds. There are quite a few signs of age (wall paper pedaling off, etc). We saw ants in the kids bedrooms and in one of the bathrooms, but it is on the ground floor in central Florida. The condo could use a deep cleaning, new small appliances and cookware, but the towels, linens and surfaces were all fine. We only used the condo for sleeping and didn't cook, so it was great for our needs. Our kids would like to request more thematic decor.

Great location and great space

This condo was a great size for our family of 6. It is only steps away from the pool and clubhouse which was great. The high ceilings make it feel even bigger. I always base what I do on the reviews so I will say it was a good stay, some minor updating could make the decor better, but everything overall was great.

Great experience

The room and location was great for the occasion of the visit. We had no issues with location or check-in. There was an slight issue with ants though but I think it was known and they were trying to eliminate that issue. I would love to stay at the location again and would refer anyone to the location.

Perfect for our family

Excellent stay

I loved everything about this property! If I had a question or issue Jenn was right there to assist me. The pool is amazing! My only complaint is the staff at the gate could have been nicer, but that’s no fault of the rental company!
