The white old man at the receptionist desk wouldn't tell me his name, charged me $20 for security deposit, wouldn't give me a receipt for the $20, and used profanity. So, I called Kissimmee, FL police. The responding officers were D. Fay and P. Allen, case number 2505310263

Terrible place, I wish to never go there again, bad service, I went to checking and the computer wasn’t working so they spent almost an hour to check me and, the room they provided there was no light so I had to use my phone flash light. They don’t clean the rooms , there is no towels inside the room so they give everybody 1 towel at the front desk and tell them when are checking out , bring the towel in order to get the security deposit. It was so horrible I had checked out 5 minutes after I checked in and I went to another INN. The INN is also in the hood, if someone has a nice car or something expensive, I don’t recommend them going there.

Thanks God we came from a Cruise and had extra clothes and a blanket. Bed sheets were super dirty. No problems checking in or checking out

Room met my needs

I was treated with respect, kindness, and the front desk gave two towels, a washcloth, and a tv remote. The channels on their tv was worth watching. I enjoyed TBS. They were willing to honor online rates for those struggling to book with a debit card online. The bed was extremely comfortable
