Amazing Family Getaway

The property was so amazing!! Very clean, welcoming and so much fun!!! The water park was such a highlight! We highly recommended this place to anyone as our son truly loved the stay here as much as we did! The room was immaculate both spacious and updated!!

The stay was generally good, but a few things could have made it better. The shower head could use a replacement, and there was a discrepancy with the check-out time. According to the reservation site, check-out was listed as 11 AM, but when I arrived, guest services informed me it was actually 11 am (no buffer time). With kids in tow, the rushed departure was a bit stressful. Overall, with a few tweaks, the stay could be even more enjoyable

From beginning to end the process was easy and smooth. Easy and affordable booking. Check in was fast. No long wait time. Nice clean room. Property is just as amazing and clean. It was a two night get away. We were in a brand new renovated studio. It was wonderful and had everything we would need. The gym is wonderful. Only went to one pool and it was nice but the bar was closed. Would come back again.

Fun Time at Westgate

My family had a wonderful time at Westgate. The location was perfect and the amenities were what we expected. On site restaurants, pool, water park provided lots of fun for our grandson. It was close to area attractions mainly Disney World. It was a perfect match for our needs.
