There were 18 of us traveling together, and the house was perfect. After long days at Disney parks, everyone had plenty of space to either go to their room or between the upstairs and downstairs living room had seating areas for everyone. There was lots of room in the living, dining, kitchen area. I would definitely stay here again..

Everything we needed was in the house. The pool and hot tub were great added amenities. The game room helped occupy all the kids we brought. The house was perfect for lazy days in between our trips to Disney.

10 STARS!! The host Kelly is the ABSOLUTE best! He kept me informed before my arrival and offered suggestions to my inquiries. The home is so beautiful! Extremely clean, spacious and lots of room for guests to move around. The pool was warm and the jacuzzi was perfect! Small things like body wash, detergent for laundry and coffee pods were gratefully appreciated! My family and I had a blast and can't wait to return!! The children loved the Christmas tree and we placed our gifts and stockings around the tree.

We had a family of nineteen adults and one child that stayed at the house the day before going on a cruise out of Port Canaveral. The house was amazing. We had plenty of room to hang out that night in the spacious living room/kitchen and figure out what kind of excursions we were going to take on our cruise. There was enough bedrooms for all the couples and the Master bedroom downstairs had a bathroom that was great for one of our guest who is in a wheelchair. It had the low lip to enter the spacious bathroom. It also had a pool in the back that we used and a grill that we didn't use, but it was there if needed. There was a huge table for outside eating as well in a huge dome that was screened. There was also a game room downstairs with pool table, foosball, dart board, two basketball goals like you see in an arcade Side by side. Everything was super clean and just as described when we checked in. We had one question that we had when we got there and Kelly responded immediately. The neighborhood is in a gated community and is really safe. There was extra parking across the road that accommodated all our vehicles. We were minutes from shopping and restaurants that were also safe to go to. There was also a golf course that looked nice closeby for anyone that likes to golf. Our group will definitely go back when we go on our next cruise out of Tampa Bay or Canaveral. It was perfect for our group.

We were looking for a place where the whole family could have space and togetherness at the same time. We also wanted to bring our dog with us. Most places have a weight limit but our boy,Ben, a 90 lb golden retriever doesn’t fit the mold. This property was perfect! Kelly was quick to answer any of my questions or concerns. It is close to the Disney parks. Take the back roads and there was no traffic. Gate is manned all the time and very helpful. We never had to wait to get in. Extra parking is right across the street. We would stay there again.

Summer family meet up

We had a wonderful getaway with our blended family. Our adult children (21-31) and spouses along with the grandbabies and my mother, all enjoyed this beautifully decorated home that has everything you need included for a wonderful vacation! We couldn't have been happier with the community amenities and thoroughly enjoyed the resorts pools, gym and walking trail. The hottub and pool at the home was wonderful as well and a great way to relax while the kids played. The kitchen was spacious and allowed plenty of room for cooking. Kelly responded very quickly to any questions I had during the booking and was very friendly and gracious. We would highly recommend this listing and if we return to orlando for a future visit would defanitly stay again.

Vacation for our crew!!!

Great house for a crew! We had 3 families and plenty of room! Loved the added soaps/lotions/shampoos in all of the bathrooms! Property was super clean and owner was very responsive to our questions! He even went above and beyond and brought a cooler and additional chairs over for our beach day! Had a wonderful vacation! Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!

Fantastic stay in an amazing house and community

We had the pleasure of staying in this home for 2 weeks over Spring Break with extended family (11 people in total). The house was so spacious and the many King Beds were super comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. The kids loved the games room (pool table and darts). The pool and spa kept the kids (and adults) entertained for hours. The home is a short, scenic walk away from a fun community pool, splash pad, and a great little gym. The neighbourhood seemed very safe and quiet. Kelly (the owner) was super responsive and generous. He answered any questions within record speed and proactively checked-in with us during our stay. We would definitely rent this home again when we are back in the Orlando area. Thank you, Kelly, for sharing your fantastic home with us!

A stay for softball

The property was spacious and up to date. It was nice to have so many king sized beds to sleep in for the adults. The two rooms that were connected by the bathroom were perfect for my family that had little kids. The location to the clubhouse was also great so we could walk.

Perfect stay

Property was perfect for our family and the community was nice and quiet. We used the pool and spa 3 out of the 10 days we stayed, and the rest of the time was spent going to amusement parks. We had a total of 16 people and because of the house layout it did not seem that many were staying in the house., We definitely would stay there again.

I’ve stayed in places all over the world and this is by far the best ,everything that you need is here ,this was spotless ,was functional as it should ,we had10 family and the house was so spacious that it never felt crowed .we stayed over the Christmas period and to our surprise Kelly had the house decorated for Christmas including a beautiful tree which the kids loved .Kelly is a fast communicator best I ever had for a rental ,contact him and he answers within minutes .i highly recommend staying here if you are in the area
