INACCURATE VRBO LISTING

This was one of the poorest VRBO listings we ever stayed in. There was only 2 bath towels which we used for beach towels, 2 hand towels and 1 large bath towel. No facecloths, no dish liquid, 1 dish towel, l roll of toilet paper, no garbage bags, no garbage can in the bathroom, 2 separate sinks in the bathroom, one we couldn’t even use as the tap leaked even when not in use. The TV didn’t work, no adaptors for the plug-ins and these issues weren’t looked after until the second day into our stay there and we had to call the owner what was the delay and he apologized and said he had a headache. When he finally showed up he brought the toilet paper, an adapter and got the TV working. He never did return again with any of the other things we required.

Bonjour, Nous avions fait une réservation au Mont Vernon pour la location d'un studio n°4316. Le descriptif de cette location était très succinct sans précision concernant l'équipement du logement. Il y avait très peu de photo de l'intérieur. De ce fait pour avoir les coordonnées de cet hôte j'ai dû réglé l'intégralité soit 1854€ car l'hôte ne donnait pas de suite à vos messages et aux miens. Je vous avais également contacté à plusieurs reprises. Après plusieurs essais téléphoniques l'hôte m'a confirmé qu'il nous changerai de n° d'appartement (4318) compte tenu de notre desiderata d'avoir un lave linge en équipement. A notre arrivé quelle déception !! Rien ne correspondait au descriptif. Voici mes problèmes : -pas de four traditionnel -pas de four micro onde -pas de grille pain -fer à repasser cassé -pas de poële -presque pas de couvert -grosse fuite du chauffe eau qui malgré mes appels téléphoniques n'a pas été réparé. Obligé de mettre un récipient que l'on devait vidé 2 à 3 fois par jour -baie vitrée qui ne fermait pas -volet qui ne fermait pas non plus d'où aucune sécurité -prise électrique sans cache -lumière qui pendait au bout d'un fil -ménage non fait -télévision sans accès aux programme. Devant cette location non conforme à votre description sur votre site, je vous demande donc le remboursement total ou partiel pour gommer cette tromperie et notre déception.
