Room was clean, bathroom was recently remodeled. Land and buildings were well maintained. Staff were friendly and efficient. Bartender was happy and friendly. Close to beach, stores and restaurants. I would definitely stay there again.

Our stay was was great. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was helpful, and the view from the veranda was excellent. We look forward to returning to La Plantation.

The hotel did NOT have the reservation we booked via Hotels.com. Fortunately, the La Plantation had a room available; however they did not honor the price we had booked on Hotels.com and ended up spending $40!!! I felt the hotel should have honored the price (regardless of the class of room. With that said, La Plantation was nice. We loved the bar and restaurant.

Our rooms were ready as soon as we arrived. They were so spacious, clean, comfortable and as close to the beach as requested. Pool was open until 10 which was great for my kids. 5 min walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, market and everything else you can use. Breakfast was a little basic (eggs, bacon, cereal, etc) but we had fresh fruit, juices & croissants. Overall we couldn’t complain about anything and would stay here again if we visit the island

I have only stayed here for my four visits to this island. In this gated community, parking available, beach chair & umbrella use, cute studio unit/ kitchenette with ocean view, pool, breakfast…all included. My only complaint was during low season they don’t replenish breakfast items. You have to ask for whatever is not out by time you arrive to eat. The best thing is most all units have been refurbished with greater sense of style. Car is a must to site see but rental car is offered here.

The cottage was lovely and spacious enough for 2 people. We enjoyed the large wrap around patio. However, there are no outside door handles on the patio doors which made closing the doors from the outside difficult. That was odd. The beach village is just down the road with plenty of excellent restaurants! You can rent a car at the reception desk which we did. This was an added bonus. Very convenient! Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much at La Plantation.
