Located in the secure residence of Mont Vernon, a few steps from the beach of Orient Bay and only 5 minutes from all the shops, this spacious air-conditioned studio of 40m² offers you all the necessary comfort for a pleasant stay.

The studio includes an entrance with a fully equipped and fitted kitchen, including a large fridge/freezer, an oven, a microwave, hotplates, a coffee maker, a toaster, and many other amenities. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet and a washing machine for your convenience.

You will also find a comfortable sleeping area with a king size bed (200x200) and dressing room, as well as a pleasant living room where you can relax. For your entertainment, a smart TV is available, and you will have access to high-speed Internet thanks to optical fiber.
You can also take advantage of the beautiful shared swimming pool of the residence (open all year from 8am to 6pm), directly located on the beach, as well as the non-nominative parking of the residence.

Please note that you are arriving on a small island where the infrastructure may be different from that of a mainland. There may be occasional interruptions in the water and electricity networks, but the distribution companies always do their best to restore these problems quickly. We would like to point out that the water distributed comes from a desalination plant which requires electricity to operate, and we cannot be held responsible for this.
