Location, location, location!!!

Lovely apartment in a fabulous location. Just steps to the beach! The unit was clean, well equipped, and super quiet! Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay while in St. Martin on the French side. The host/concierge were responsive and friendly.

Exactly as advertised

The unit is accurately presented on line. Clean and comfortable with partial views of Orient beach and a 3 minute walk across a small dirt road to the beach. Pool was disappointing. The actual pool and kiddie pool were fine but there was no shade, no umbrellas and no chairs which made it unusable except for a quick dip. The management company is extremely efficient. Excellent directions emailed a week before arrival. Concierge available by phone and a brief visit the first day. Check in and out via lock box.
