NEW Villa PRIVATE POOL and WATER TANK 6p In the heart of Orient Bay, Villa Ginger is located just steps away from the beach and restaurants On the ground floor, a fully equipped kitchen opens to the living room with a connected TV, a convertible sofa, a bathroom, and a toilet A shaded terrace with a dining area (high table), outdoor furniture, and a private pool Upstairs, 2 beautiful bedrooms with access to a large terrace (hammock), 2 private bathrooms, and a separate toilet. A/C wifi, parking.

Guests have access to the entire villa, the pool, and both terraces. There are two parking spaces in front of the house.

Currently, Saint Martin is experiencing water production issues leading to occasional water cuts. To mitigate any inconvenience, we have installed a water tank to ensure a water supply during these interruptions.

First thing I chose this property because it showed a beautiful condo with a great location. Initially everything was going great the property manager was very attentive and informed us well of all the preliminary requirements for our stay. She advised as well on how to arive to this location as it is a bit hard to find without GPS. The condo was just as described. However it was a bit smaller than expected, I wouldn't say it accomodates more than 3 adults or more two adults and 2 small chidren. As the living room, kitchen and common areas are small. Also, its not very child friendly as the stairs are somewhat steep and no handrail. Needless to say I would have given this place 5 stars because the property manager responded promptly and it is a nice location. However, on our second to last night the bed where my husband and 4 year child were sleeping collapsed in the middle of the night. This was a king size bed screwed together with the wrong type of screws. Both my husband and child were strarteled and we all lost a night of sleep. Although they did fix the bed our trust in this property was still broken. I pretty much spent the rest of my time worried other furniture would also brake. In addition, there was a foul smell in the master bedroom as soon as walked in to it. I would have given them 5 stars but their lack of attention to detail and potential dangerous bed situation made me feel like I overpaid for this place.
