"Let's be honest, the rooms are very small, the single sink for the bathroom was in the bedroom and the toilet & tub/shower was enclosed in a separate room with a door. If you just need a place to lay you head, then the price was fitting. Oh, and don't forget they do NOT have double queen beds-they are double full beds-MUCH SMALLER!!! So, if you want room to walk or sit in a chair the room or privacy, then this is not the place for you. From the outside it looks like it had fresh paint. Once you come inside you see it needs updated. Our room had cracks in ceiling, rust, and overall run down. Breakfast was minimal-make your own waffles, eggs, sausage patty, bread. That is it. Saturday night, there was NO HOT WATER! We had 3 rooms and everyone had the same complaint. We will be looking for other options in Wichita the next time we stay."
