The hotel didn't recognize your confirmation number so I had to pay twice for the same room. I tried to get in touch with a Rep from Expedia but couldn't. I had the confirmation number, the dates and location of my stay but the hotel wouldn't honor your reservations. Someone owes me a nights rate. We spent 45 minutes trying to find a room...not a good experience!

The room was ok. The air conditioning would work intermittently. The staff had great attitudes, but were a bit forgetful. I stayed for 4 nights and I had the same bedding, even though i asked twice if they would change it please. The room did not have drawers, i had to basically live out of my suitcase

Rooms were clean and nice… we had a heater that didn’t work in our room, but after maintenance confirmed it couldn’t be fixed right away, they immediately moved us to another room. Staff was friendly. Would stay here again.

The hotel is new and from what we saw was relatively clean. As non pet owners, there was pet hair on our floors and bedding. We recommend that you have pet only rooms because we did not like the that hair in our bedding and space. Secondly we were disappointed in the light continental breakfast compared to breakfast options at hotels in the vicinity that we have visited. The staff was indeed friendly and very accommodating

The recent renovations were really nice. My room, along with the other parts of the hotel, was very clean and there was no hesitation to get assistance from the staff when needed. Among the staff, Tomeeka and the Assistant Manager Astria were exceptional! I’m excited to return.
