Staff, clean room! The shower head is installed do high, I couldn’t turn the dial to spray! And when WE finally did, the head was not spraying right! In the army I had a better shower head … Room 415! And there was no magnifying mirror, so to put makeup. I needed to really force my body to get closer above the counter top that is 24” away!!! The bathrooms are not designed with shorter ppl in mind!!!

Clean room and bathroom. Comfortable beds ! I enjoyed the breakfast. I didn't have time to visit gym or pool so can't comment on that. A/C was very noisy but it worked well. USD$75 pet fee for a 15lb small non shedding dog felt abusive.

I used the option to pay at the hotel when we arrived and they ran my card on file before I got there. They explained they wanted to make sure it’s a valid card, but what purpose did that serve since I was already paying when I got there? And they didn’t check the card for a dollar, they ran the full amount, that don’t seem right.
