The front of the air conditioner was falling off and the directional part of the air conditioner was missing so all the air blew down to the floor. The room never cooled down. Bathroom floor needed scrubbed.

Stayed one night and the plumbing leaked through the ceiling from the room above, it poured into the shower below from the one above, all water draining to the bathroom in my room. From the look of the drywall this was not the first time this had leaked.
I like the ability to book this room when traveling.
Comfortable, location nice right off highway. Only issue was noise of springs in mattress.
Room was dirty (suspicious brown fingerprints on the curtains, torn linens, hair) and refrigerator seal was broken so it didn't close properly. Floor was sticky and A/C was incredibly noisy. I usually get a cleaner room from Red Roof for much less. Staff was super friendly though. Always something I appreciate!
Easy to get on and off the interstate. Outside does not look as good as the inside.

We want our guests to enjoy their stay and find our AC and heat amenities to be clean and in perfect working condition. Our ultimate goal is for our guests to be comfortable both in the summertime, and in the winter. Our maintenance staff has a regular schedule dedicated to checking the working order of appliances, the state of the furniture in the rooms, and bathroom fixtures. I am sorry that we failed to do this during your most recent stay. I am especially upset to hear that the situation was not addressed right away.
