I would not ever go there again . The entrance looks like its a shopping center and when you walk aroud The building looks like a bunch of old apartments.

We always stay at this hotel when we go to disneyland. The recent updates are very nice and the price is reflecting that.

Very friendly staff... Pizza place at same bldg. Walking distance to Disney Reasonable price!

Staff friendly and responsive easy check-in . Lobby new remodel Chic retro with clean bathroom. Fair AM breakfast buffet no flavored non dairy creamer. short stroll to Disneyland. Property needs Major upgrade. 2nd floor room with "chicken wire " railing protection peeling off sticking out caught my clothing, bath towel in room had hole my wife noted. AC unit through sliding glass door. Did have black out drapes. carpet well worn, wife noted toilet seat shifts and thin plastic. In a no smoking room BUT, smell of smoke wafting through room . I recomend this 2 star hotel accomodation if amenities are not your thing and just nice to be close to DISNEYLAND!

This hotel is going over a complete update so keep in mind there was construction going on. The lobby condition and staff were both inviting and nice. The new pizza restaurant was also great! My room however was not! The room was old and in poor condition. The other thing to keep in mind is there is a daily charge for parking and breakfast. Also there are daily resort fees. So though the rates are low for the location your getting little added on charges to offset those lower rates. I would only consider staying here again if the rooms were completely transformed which I'm sure the rates will reflect that and with all the added fees then become too pricey.

The conde's love the pool and being right across from Disneyland and we enjoy staying at the Anaheim Plaza

I saw the rooms on orbitz and thought this was an okay place to stay. Then We get there and they tell me there will be a $20.00 charge per car being parked at the hotel for the nights we would be staying there. I would of thought that parking was included since we were staying there. Last day there we see a paper in our dorr with a receipt stating we will be charged $40.00 per room for parking basically.. didnot understand why since i was told 20. Also the rooms are not great. Thankfully i had a blanket in the car for the way to LA because the bed its self did not have one. I think it was like a quilt on there but those are not warm at all.

The grounds are well maintained buy the buildings are really worn and need renovating badly. The tub was so worn, the rust marks were painted over, there was a small patio off the room that had a little neglected weed garden growing. The hotel is walking distance to Disneyland and a lot closer than what I expected. Beginning of April, stunning weather for visiting the park. There is a really good pizza joint on the property which was a plus with my kid and laundry facilities on site but bring your own laundry detergent, the stuff they sell there is overpriced and low quality. The pool is nice and big but not heated.

They are renovating various aspects of the property. The overal outside condition seems dilapidated abit, however, there is a clear effort being put on renovating the property. Staff is friendly if a little stiff in terms of personality. Prices are cheaper than most for the proximity to the parks. Beds are clean and comfy. Clean towels and sheets. The bathrooms are clean. Nothing to brag about but you get great hot water and the usual complimentary soap, shampoo, lotion and coffee. If your main idea is to go to Disney this is an amazing hotel to stay at. Great location but the price of the hotel was too much for what the accommodations looked like.

I bought a standard room. My family bought a deluxe room there was absolutely no difference. When checked In I asked if my room and my families room can be near each other. I was told no because my family paid more for a nicer room. I completely understood until I went to their room. Absolutely no difference other then they had a huge hutch that had an insert for the fridge (our fridge was exposed) but the huge hutch made their supposedly upgraded room look smaller and more cramed then our standard room. The water wasn't hot. It attempted to get warm for an few minutes but didn't last long at all. My kids didn't like bath time!! However the rooms were clean. The beds were clean. Housekeeping was very perfectional. Staff was nice.

Good staff, clean rooms but overpriced! Rooms were old, plumbing was bad and too many extra charges!

Hotel was fine, just old. Middle of the road, pool was nice.
