Visiting family and wanted something close but also nice and inexpensive. This hotel satisfied all that. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends.
Nice affordable hotel close to Disneyland. Offers comfortable beds, a good breakfast buffet, and free parking.
Breakfast included, free wifi close to freeway, clean and spacious rooms. Could hear Disney fireworks every night!
We always stay here while visiting our daughter who is attending college in the area. The location of the hotel is perfect it's quite and clean . Having a warm breakfast and free parking and internet are also a big plus.
Very nice for our two night stay near Disney. Was happy to find there was a shuttle for us to use.
Nicely furnished rooms, which had a couch and coffee table in our room, LOVED it! Check in was very fast and the staff was very accommodating. Just loved the rooms! Dark wood, carved wood furniture, felt a little nostalgic like how hotels used to be before they cheapened out on furnishings. Breakfast was good in the fabulously decorated restaurant off the lobby. I do wish for more variety in breakfast, it was limited compared to other hotels. I work in the area once a month and stay locally to avoid the long commute. Will stay in this hotel every time now.
One of the best places to stay of our trip. Pleasant place to come back to after a punishing day at Disneyland.
Great breakfast, great location, and the staff was very accommodating.
The young lady at the front desk in the morning was wonderful and helpful. I went to let her know we would be checking in at night since we were going to Disney land. She let me park the car and took our luggage to store so it wouldn't stay in the car. Well when I went to check in at midnight the guy working was horrible, rude and very unhelpful, seemed like he didn't want to be bothered. So I go to pay for the room and the total was diff from what i had, he told me they had additional fee, and I asked no one told me about that and then he said it's a deposit. So I asked him do I get that back at the end he just looked at me and shrugged his shoulders and said I dont know. Mind you my kid's were falling asleep on the looby floor, we were all tired. When I asked for the manager he said they would be available BTW 9-5pm, I then asked him you should have a night manager as well and he tells me thats me. I ended up leaving with my kids and having to drive back home, risking having an accident because I was so tired. I called Orbitz to cancel and complain about what happened, they called the hotel about the extra fee and to find out it was a deposit that I would have gotten back. If he would have done his job and answered my question when I asked him if I'd get that money back and I would have stayed. How hard is it to explain the hotel you're working for there hotel policy and he supposedly was the night manager too. Our trip got ruined and we were celebrating my oldests birthday
We arrived a bit late but check in was quick and easy. The lobby is clean and bright and they offer chilled water, tea, and cookies, which is a nice touch. The room, however, was in need of renovation. Though the bed was pretty comfortable, the sofa bed was incredibly hard, lumpy and uncomfortable for the kids. The carpet is worn and dirty. The bathroom is small and there is no fan. There is a heated pool, which we didn't use. The breakfast had a sufficient variety and there was no shortage of food even towards the end of the breakfast hour. The hotel is in close proximity to the outlet mall and the shuttle to Disneyland runs every 40 minutes, though it is not free.
We enjoyed our stay at ALO Hotel. It was very nice and comfortable. The shuttle to Disneyland was affordable and less expensive than parking at the park. Free parking and wifi at the hotel was a great addition. The staff was friendly and very helpful.
Friendly staff, spacious room with frige and coffee maker. Buffet breakfast was good too.
Overall it is an excellent hotel, near the outlets and even near Anaheim. I definetely recommend it.
Always stall here when visiting our daughter . Convenient location , clean , friendly staff and fresh earn cookies at night time.
We said in the 2 Queen Room in Room 200 and found it to be less spacious than the 2 Queen Room at the Ayres Hotel across the parking lot. The decor of the room seemed of an older ornate style. There was a ceiling fan in the far corner of the bedroom, whose purpose could be to help move the air from the air conditioner. The bathroom in this particular room was smaller, though functional. Smaller in the sense that there wasn't enough space to comfortably have the toilet paper hanging from the side of the bathroom vanity so it was on a free standing holder. The bathroom was very clean, as was the room. You access the hotel breakfast through the restaurant where there's a side hall. The restaurant seating is available to use during breakfast since it's closed. You'll find the bread station on the side of the bar. There is a back door you can access with your hotel key to enter the hotel from the parking garage, which is at the back of the hotel.
One of the best things about this hotel is their free complimentary breakfast buffet. It's much better than avg, complete with eggs, bacon, potatoes. It's close to Disneyland. About 5 mins drive...don't even have to get on freeway.
I've stayed here several times. Staff is always accommodating and helpful. The rooms are smaller but very comfortable, clean and cozy. The free breakfast is worth the stay!!
Staff is extremely accommodating. We left our laptop computer in the room and they were nice enough to call us immediately so we can go back for it. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Excellent!
Staff was very nice and helpful , we had to print up some college stuff for our daughter and had no problem doing it. It was an emotional stay for us dropping off our child At college and coming back to the hotel each night to fresh baked cookies and tea was nice ending to long days!
