Quality of the room, specifically the bathroom. The shower floor near the drain was soft, and we had to stand toward the back of the tub. Overall quality was cheap - not 3 star. The staff were great, friendly and helpful upon check in and whenever we had questions.

The hotel was clean and the staff was nice. The only gripe i had was that the showerhead is so low you have to squat to get your head wet and the pillows are so thin they are almost pointless. Also, it would be awesome if there were some other meat options for breakfast that do not include pork.

Staff was great, hotel was clean and breakfast was good. The only complaint I have is that you have to pay for parking there which forces you to scan a QR code and download an app. It should be free parking with your stay.

Would definitely stay again

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful at check-in all through check-out. Rooms were comfortable and very clean. I also appreciate micro and fridge in room. I felt secure and comfortable in hallways and in building. Nice decor. The TV's in the rooms could be updated. The method to pay for parking was a bit cumbersome (I had to pay through a different app on my phone).

Overall, I enjoyed my stay with Alo. I previously lived in Orange, CA and the location was very convenient for a visit filled with visits and appointments all around Orange County. Alo is minutes from the 5, 55, and 22 freeways. The room was simple, but clean and quiet. There was a full spread for breakfast each morning and an on-site dining option and bar. Parking was also very convenient. This location is walking distance to Mainplace Mall and many dining options. I would consider staying here again!

Nice & Comfortable Hotel for Staycation

Our room had two queens. It was a good size for us, two adults and two children. Everything was clean and well maintained. Pool and spa were clean and enjoyable. I didn’t get their names, but Sunday (10/19/2025) morning front desk staff (2 women) were very friendly and greeted everyone with smiles. Housekeeping staff and maintenance staff were all friendly and greeted us as we passed them in the hallway or on the property grounds. Right across from Outlets at Orange, so many options for lunch, dinner and shopping.

Great For UCI visitors/patient families

From the friendly check in attendant to the sad to see you go check out clerk, we had a wonderful hotel stay. Rooms were convenient to UCI Orange for an early morning procedure. Beds were extremely comfortable and the shower had ample room to do pre-op prep/clean up.
