Beach-inspired décor welcomes guests to this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation rental on the 14th floor of Phoenix VI. Recent improvements to the unit, which sleeps 10, include all new stainless steel appliances in the kitchen and new carpeting in the guest bedrooms. Significant high-speed internet improvements allow for seamless streaming of Netflix on all TVs, including the 55-inch Smart UHDTV in the living area.

· HDTVs and DVD players in the bedrooms and living area.

· In addition to 55-inch Smart UHDTV with sound bar (incl. Netflix), the living area has a queen sofa sleeper.

· Kitchen is fully equipped with all major appliances and granite countertop

· Table seating six in the dining area and seating for two at the kitchen bar

· King size bed, DVD player, and balcony access in the master bedroom

· Tiled step-in shower with glass doors in the master bathroom

Perfect location

Our trip overall was nice. There was no extra bedding for the pull out which meant I had to purchase bedding while we were there. The pillows were badly stained, and none of the beds had actual comforters on the bed. I also had to purchase extra towels as there weren’t even 8 towels to dry off with.which is how many people we had. However, it was a perfect location to the restaurants. The beach was gorgeous and staff was super nice. We enjoyed our nightly sunset walks. Many days spent between the beach and pool. We would definitely stay again but also be a little more prepared for the bedding and towel situation. We did appreciate the cleanliness of the condo.

We had to leave a day early due to hurricaneWe enjoyed the spacious condo! It met all of our needs!

The only issue was the master shower had mildew all around the floor of the shower which I bought a cleaner and took care of that issue. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need except need more variety of pots and other plastic containers to store leftovers! Other than these minor issues I would still stay at this condo and give it a 5 star rating!
