We are delighted to invite you to Turquoise Place C1704, our brand new luxury 3 bed/3.5 bath condo in the Turquoise Place resort of Orange Beach, AL.

Turquoise Place C1704 has been meticulously modeled to give an elegant, spacious and clean vibe for our guests to enjoy.

The condo features high-end Sub Zero/Wolf kitchen appliances; granite counter tops; wet bar with wine cooler/ice maker; flat screen TV's in all rooms, natural gas fireplace, free WiFi, and a jetted jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom. Tile flooring throughout the unit accentuates the upscale, luxurious appearance.

Turquoise Place C1704 is located on the 17th floor of the east "C" building. It has 2,300 square feet and sleeps up to 10 people. The master suite features a King bed, a spacious bathroom with both shower and jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom has a Queen bed , and the third has two Twins. All bedrooms have flat screen TV's and their own private bathrooms.

In addition, the unit provides four high-sleep-quality, twin size, roll-away beds. The beds, folded and stored in the master bedroom closet, can easily be rolled out in order to accommodate additional guests.

A large, ocean facing, balcony can be accessed directly from the living room as well as from the master bedroom. Equipped with comfortable furniture, a hot tub and an outdoor kitchen/gas grill, the balcony is the perfect place to relax. Just picture yourself with a cool beverage watching the sun slowly setting, accompanied by the natural soundtrack of soothing warm ocean waves.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3.5 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find free WiFi and a Smart TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a coffee maker.

Great vacation in beautiful condo!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo!! Was very clean and had a well stocked kitchen. The owner was quick to respond with any questions or concerns that we may have had while we stayed in the condo. The one thing all of us who were staying in the condo greatly appreciated is that we never ran out of ice, important thing to have on those hot summer days!! The view of the ocean from this condo is gorgeous! When the time comes for us to make our way back to OBA we will definitely book this condo again!

Our stay at Turquoise place C1704 was great! The condo was beautiful. Great view of the Gulf. We loved having a private hot tub and grill on the balcony. The beach chairs, body boards and sand toys were a pleasant surprise. Communication with Tony and Cynthia was excellent. We will definitely be back.

Great location and time of year to go!

We had a wonderful experience at Ultimate Beach Condo Elegance - Turquoise Place C1704 this week. The condo was in great shape, had plenty of towels, utensils, internet access, and provided a ample amount of consumables for the condo (trash bags, dish soap, sponges, etc.) - which was a nice touch so we didn't have to get much of those. The beach and facilities were awesome. We loved the food and beverage bar at poolside for a quick snack and refreshing drink. We would/will look to book here again soon!

Amazing property!!!!

I couldn’t have imagined a better stay at this unit at the Turquoise Place. The unit was luxurious, and provided everything and more that we needed. We especially enjoyed the large balcony. We watched the dolphins play in the ocean from the hot tub and the view was incredible. Both the owner, Tony, and the concierge manager, Cynthia, were so nice to work with and promptly answered our questions. The staff at the front desk were so friendly too! It was nice that we were able to order lunch at the poolside bar and grill so we didn’t have to leave for lunch during our beach days. A perfect stay!!

This condo was beautiful and offered an amazing ocean view. Plenty of room for a group of 4 adults and 2 kids. We loved using the hot tub on the rainy days and in the evenings. The kids loved the slide and the lazy river.

We fell in love with this place! The view is beautiful! Having the grill and hot tub on the private balcony is a lovely bonus! The waterslide was fun, lazy river heated, and indoor pool/hot tubs a lot of fun! The condo was very clean and had plenty of basics such as toilet paper, laundry soap, dish soap, and garbage bags. Very easy to relax and have fun. Would stay here again!

My boyfriend’s kids and I threw him a surprised 50th birthday and this condo was beautiful. Great view, hot tub on balcony was so nice and relaxing. Plenty of room for us all. We will stay here again. The resort is just really nice with plenty to do. The host was awesome and got back with me quickly with any questions.

Great unit

This is one of the nicer units in Turquoise Place. It is well taken care of. The furniture is great, and having a big outdoor table that seats eight is wonderful. The unit is short on glasses, and there was sand in the kitchen when we arrived that was difficult to clean up because the unit currently lacks a broom, but those are pretty minor complaints for what was otherwise a lovely stay. When I had questions before we got here, the owner answered them very quickly. My family loved staying here and would definitely return to this same room.
