This spacious, newly updated, 1340 Sq ft 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo, sleeps 9 and is facing the white sand beach.

From the 8th floor, south-facing balcony, you can enjoy the 4-seat table or the chaise lounge and watch the gorgeous sunrise or sunset.

The large, open living room has a 50 inch flat screen TV, DVD/VHS player, a queen sleeper sofa and 2 recliners. A desk and adjustable chair provide a comfortable work space so you can keep in touch via WiFi, which is provided.

There is cushioned seating for six at the dining table and three comfortable chairs at the adjacent kitchen counter. It has a fully equipped updated kitchen, with granite countertops and new appliances for your cooking enjoyment.

The Master Bedroom features a king bed, good reading lights and a 42 inch flat screen TV. You can also enjoy its private north-facing balcony. There is a walk-in closet and an updated ensuite bathroom. This master bath has a walk in shower, grab bars and raised toilet.

Bedroom 2 has a twin size and a full size bed to sleep three. A 48 inchTV with DVD player is ready for watching or gaming.

Bedroom 3 has a queen bed and flat screen TV.

The second bathroom has a raised toilet and a tub/shower combination with grab bars.

The lovely condo features a warm and inviting color scheme with beautiful art throughout. It features a new washer and dryer, air conditioning, ceiling fans and high speed internet.

Great views…the condo could use a little maintenance. Doors were hard to open and close and the air conditioner had to work hard even in October. You will need to come prepared with supplies. In my experience, we’ve had great supplies like salt and pepper, paper towels, toilet paper etc. This condo was only stocked just enough to get by. Still a nice place to stay.
