I thought everything was great but felt the floors were not cleaned very well. Found small items under the bed left from previous person(small toy). Well stocked condo with enough dishes and cooking items for the entire group.

Awesome all around!

We had a total of 6 adults and 5 children ranging in ages from 1 to 6 and we had plenty of space and everything that we needed. The condo was one of the cleanest I've stayed in and definitely had every thing that our family needed to support our stay. The building itself is ideal for kids with the multiple pools, lazy river, and slide. This place has set the bar for any future stays with my family!

Spring break stay 2022

Overall, this was an excellent property. I liked it compared to another Phoenix property we have stayed at because it felt less like a hotel. It seems smaller and less busy. Parking was awesome. Only downfall was the shared bathroom for the second master as a common bathroom for the rest of the unit. Great location to the beach. Great views. Close enough to restaurants and grocery stores, etc.. There is a donut shop, liquor store, and great little seafood restaurant directly across the street that we used. The property was very clean and also has an excellent workout facility. The double bed bedrooms are rather small, but not a big deal.

This unit and the entire property is beautiful and well maintained, with great views and location. Would definitely stay here again. Pros: Great location, comfortable furniture (everyone stated beds were very comfortable), kitchen was well stocked with quality cookware, appliances, silverware and dishes (although dishes and drinkware were all glass, but we had read prior review and brought our own plastic ones for the children). The complex has a wonderful lazy river, and a nice gym. Staff is friendly and helpful. Cons: We paid top price for this rental and it was disappointing that we needed to bring our own items like hand soap and general housecleaning cleaning items. Starter pack had minimal items (1 dishwasher pod, 1 very small dishsoap, a couple of hotel size bar soaps etc.) We like to keep our rentals clean during our stay but it was difficult not having standard cleaning products available (i.e. had glass cooktop but no cooktop cleaner was provided) Bath towels were low quality, dingy and small (this was probably my biggest negative). Very few kitchen cloths and towels. Overall our trip and the unit was a perfect place for us to gather and relax after playing at the beach or pool. We never had a hard time finding seating around the lazy river. Close to many of the great restaurants in the area. Also, I must give a thank you to Cayce, who promptly answered all my questions prior to and during our stay and quickly acted on requests.

Perfect Condo

We arrived and were very impressed with the layout and space. The beds were very comfortable and the unit was spotless. We had a great week on the beach. The lazy river and the slide in the pool were big hits. Top of the list for our next stay in Orange Beach.
