The property was well maintained, functional, and presentable. All accommodations were as advertised. The location is excellent the view is excellent the beach & pool access or excellent. Restaurants shops and stores are all close by. The host was very communicative, Swift and thorough when needed, and even let us know via text that there was an early check-in available as a courtesy. Definitely highly recommend this host and this unit.

The condo was clean, but I did not feel that the pictures adequately represented how old the condo was. It seemed to be in need of some repairs. Additionally, there were not enough blankets for the number of beds, we ended up having to use one of the blankets from a bunk for the pull-out couch. Thankfully one of my kids brought their own blanket, so it worked out.Location was great and the kids LOVED the pool!

My wife and I went to the beach for a conference/vacation. It is a smaller condominium which means not as crowded, which is a major plus for us. We have stayed at this complex several times and have never been disappointed. This particular room was just as advertised, everything functioned properly and the check-in process was seamless. I would definitely recommend.

Overall we enjoyed the beachfront property. It was our second stay at the Tradewinds. We booked it for the two bathrooms. We were notified the second bathroom was leaking into the downstairs condo from the HOH. Told someone would come in to check it out. Someone can in and turned the water off. Never heard back again if it was fixed or not so for 2 weeks we could not use the second bathroom. Microwave door handle loose. Window shade master bedroom bent and busted up.

Beautiful view. Improper listing

Place was great would have been nice to know the sink in master didn’t work instead of a paper no saying do not use. There was mold on shower curtain. Tv in the bedroom wouldn’t connect to internet. And bathroom in hallway the toilet barely flushed. Would have chose a different place to stay knowing these things
