Everything was great EXCEPT the Dish TV service was out for almost our entire stay. 😢 it was a pain during the rainy times and after dinner. Otherwise, the location and accommodations were fantastic.

Enjoyed staying at Phoenix V, location and access to beach is great. The Condo was good except Kitchen. The kitchen and appliances even though they work need an update. Rack in dishwasher was rusted and refrigerator was rusty on outside. Bottom drawer on oven was broke.

Unit needs updating! Microwave did not work, dishwasher racks terribly rusted, refrigerator looked bad, and the windows are loosing their seal and starting to fog. The unit needs painting!!
