Disliked: Cleanliness
Never stayed. Property manager called 2 hours before check in and said it had ann issue and we had no where to stay unless we moved Properties. We had our 5 grand kids with us and had to negotiate a condo for 1 night at the same property and then move to a different condo on same property on Saturday the 26th. Lots of loading and unloading our luggage to make this Family vacation work. We were blessed with a PH at the same condo with a different Property Manager and had a great time and stay and will stay with them again. I have to say I am glad that the property manager for your condo goes all out when assisting clients and helped find the accommodation for us all because everything at the caribe was booked. I am truly Sorry that someone caused this problem and thankful your managers were there to help and assist us in new accommodation at the same Facility. We will be back and we will explore all options when we return because our Grands Love the caribe. Until Next time
