Casual luxury for large family! All four bedrooms have incredible views of the sunrise. Located on the southeast corner facing the beach, this unit has an enormous balcony. The condo was purchased earlier this year and has been completely renovated. New colorful decor will provide the perfect backdrop for tons of memories.



The condo's master bedroom and 2nd bedroom have a king sized bed, the 3rd and 4th bedrooms each have two queen beds. There is also a sofa sleeper in the living room for sleeping accommodations for 14. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, and there is also a half bath for guests.



Headed to the beach? Keep your refreshments cool with ice from the ice maker.



Come enjoy our newest amenities that include a new adult pool in addition to the already wonderful and relaxing outdoor pool, lazy river and slide. Kids can enjoy the upgraded, fun and lively splash pad. The grill area has been updated to a large covered pavilion that also includes games like corn hole etc. If you don’t feel like cooking or going out to eat, you can grab a drink and a bite to eat at the on-site cafe and; bar. There is a well stocked souvenir shop as well for those last minute essentials and memories to take home.



The Oasis also offers basketball courts, pickle-ball courts, tennis court and putting green. The heated indoor pool is perfect for those cooler days. Near the indoor pool you will find four hot tubs. There is a great fitness room located on the 15th floor overlooking the beach, with two more hot tubs and saunas on the floor below. You have covered parking in the garage.



For your convenience we have installed a keyless entry door lock so you and your family/friends do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay!



The parking garage is covered and connected to the complex. You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival. The one time fee is $60 per vehicle. You may purchase up to two parking passes. The front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay, but please do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

The property was awesome! We loved the lazy river! The bar and food was great also. The condo is near everything we needed and places to eat. There was plenty of room for the 4 couples. Wonderful condo/location/amenities/furnishings. Plenty of room for everyone with 4 bedrooms and private bathrooms for each bedroom plus a 1/2 bath. Only complaints--dishwasher does not clean well at all, and the dryer doesn't work well either. It would have been nice to have access to the hot tubs on the 14th floor which probably would have less children and been a little quieter for us "senior ladies". Other than that...just about perfect. Would love to stay here again.

Outstanding Views

The condo is exactly as you see in the pictures with amazing views from the 20th floor and impressive furnishings. Check in was a breeze and the parking (separate but reasonable fee) made it very easy. The amenities in the complex were really nice with indoor and outdoor pools and spas. On the bad weather day, it was nice to swim in the indoor pool as the storm raged outside. The beach was really nice as well with soft, white sand and even though it was still a bit chilly at times, walking along the coast and listening to the waves was relaxing. You won’t be disappointed in this outstanding property and we really enjoyed our stay.

My daughter was on spring break so we decided to go to the beach for the week. The condo was perfect!! There was eight adults and we had plenty of room. Easy to communicate with the owner. Really Beautiful Condo

We spent a month in Orange Beach at this condo and had a wonderful time. All of our children and grandchildren cycled through during our stay and loved the unit. Having their own bedrooms and bathrooms added to their comfort level. This place is everything its advertised to be. Was very clean and extremely comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. The Phoenix West ll property itself was also awesome. Very accommodating staff and parking and elevators were a breeze. We made full use of the indoor pool, hot tubs and saunas. The beach itself was beautiful. We stayed during January / February so had a few cool days and a bit of rain however when the sun shined it was beautiful. We would definitely trade the few cool weather days we had for the lack of crowds at this time of year. Definitely had a 5-star experience and when we return to the area, we would not hesitate at all to rent this property again! Thank you!

Really Nice Condo!

Condo was large and well decorated and had 4 master bedrooms with own baths. Perfect for the 4 couples that stayed there. Kitchen, dining and living room all open and spacious for us 8 with gorgeous views of the Gulf. The patio was perfect for watching sunrises and sunsets. We will be back!

The condo is perfect for a large group. We had 14 of us there. The views from the balcony are awesome! The kitchen is very well stocked with basically any cookware you would need. The ice machine was great for filling a small cooler with drinks for the beach and pool. The pools and lazy river were great! The only complaint was that the couch slip covers could use a deep clean, just had some stains and that the pull out couch needed vacuumed out. Couldn’t have been happier with our stay though! The host were extremely accommodating and where there for anything we needed. I would love to come back some day!

Absolutely awesome property! Beautiful beach views, sunrises, and quiet facility. The condo had all the extras we reached for, owners were available as we communicated via text. Pools and facilities were well maintained and operated. The beach was BEAUTIFUL. Powder sugar and very clean. We were there in mid-August and the crowds were down, still hot, but, hey, that's what a beach is there for...right? We will return and use this property again!

Beautiful well appointed condo in a great building. Lovely patio with comfortable chairs for listening to the waves. Beach view from every bedroom. Went to bed staring at the moon and wake up to the sunrise. Elevators are bad on change out day from ~4:30 to 8 but otherwise not bad. Perfect pool / lazy river set up. Would stay here again without hesitation.

Loved this condo. Lots of room and areas to congregate or to have some alone time. The rain put a damper on the trip, but then it would stop and we could still get to the beach. Great place for a family vacation. Highly recommend.
