Phoenix Gulf Towers 2308 is a beautifully decorated 4-bedroom, 3-bath corner condo that sleeps up to 14 guests. The master bedroom features a king bed and private balcony access. The second and third bedrooms each have two queen beds, while the fourth bedroom offers another king bed. Additionally, there is a queen-size sofa sleeper in the living room, providing extra sleeping space.

This corner unit boasts floor-to-ceiling windows that offer stunning views, and large flat-screen TVs throughout ensure entertainment for everyone. The kitchen is well-equipped with stainless steel appliances, and there’s an additional bar with an ice maker and sink. The master en-suite bathroom includes a double vanity, a separate shower, and a Jacuzzi tub for relaxation.

The condo's tiled balcony, furnished with Polywood furniture, offers plenty of seating to enjoy the beautiful Gulf views. The dining room table seats six, with an additional four seats at the breakfast bar, making it perfect for gatherings with family and friends.
On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

This was our second time staying in condo 2308, and it continues to be a fantastic choice for our large family. The spacious layout is a huge plus – there’s plenty of room for everyone to spread out comfortably without feeling cramped.The view is absolutely wonderful, with stunning sights that make mornings on the balcony a highlight. The furniture and overall decor are great – comfortable, modern, and well-maintained. We also loved the building’s amenities; the pools, beach access, and other facilities are top-notch and kept us entertained throughout our stay.Our only minor complaint is the kitchen setup. It could use more cookware, pots, pans, and storage containers to make meal prep easier for bigger groups. Additionally, the coffee pot is a bit frustrating – it doesn’t have clear measurements for adding water/coffee, and it takes quite a long time to brew a full pot.Despite that small issue, everything else was excellent, and these are easy fixes. We would absolutely stay in 2308 again – it’s become our go-to spot! Highly recommended for families!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The rooms were very clean, and the kitchen was well appointed with every cooking utensil, cocktail glass and plate one would have in their own home. The views were beautiful, quite stunning. Unobstructed views from every window made the experience feel luxurious. There were seven of us and we had more than enough space to spread out, play games and watch movies. We sincerely thank you for a wonderful stay. Our family was very pleased.

Absolutely loved all the windows in this condo. The views were amazing. The floor plan was good, and the common areas were spacious. I would say that the kitchen was not very well-stocked for those who want to cook. Pots, pans, and cooking utensils were very minimal, especially for large groups. I was surprised that there was no baking sheet.

The condo was just as pictured and clean upon arrival! Check in process was easy and WiFi password was provided upon request. The only issue we had was with parking passes which was unresolved for our entire stay. However, we were given a temporary pass, so our vacation was not interrupted.
