Orange Beach Villas features a small pond for fishing and a communal pool. You must be 25 years of age or older and pets are permitted. This is a non-smoking property. A 2 vehicle limit is strictly enforced.

During the spring break season, between the dates of March 1 through April 30 of each year, the person booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must be present to physically check in at our office with your government issued ID present.

Loved the property itself. The window sills needed cleaning. Their were ants multiple days in the kitchen and the stuff they came and sprayed did not work. Not enough large trash bags or paper towels. Had to go buy more. Very prompt to answer our phone and address the TV and ant issues. Maintenance man was was very pleasant.
