Welcome to Sugar Beach 341, your comfortable retreat by the Gulf in Orange Beach. This inviting 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom condo offers the perfect space to relax and enjoy the soothing sounds of the waves. Sugar Beach is a family-friendly Gulf-front complex offering three swimming pools, including a dedicated kiddie pool, three shaded gazebos, picnic tables, a Sugar Shack snack bar, BBQ grills, and a tennis court. Parking:
Parking passes are required, limited to 2 per reservation. Passes are purchased onsite from the security guard for $35 each (cash only).

The space was great and the room was spacious. All the family was comfortable and enjoyed the trip. Beach access was very good and short walk. Pools were clean and enjoyed as well.

Only Stars for Beach/Pool

Beach and pools great, concession area was convenient and nice.Small issues: Main bedroom smelled like cigarettes. Bathrooms a little small for giving kids baths. Showers had some mold. No broom so we purchased one. (Host offered to reimburse us). No cell service, and the Wi-Fi signal was not good. I was unable to make calls or do anything on my phone for that matter, inside the condo. On a rainy day, garage was completely flooded by the walkway to the beach so to access it you had to walk through a foot of water. Dealbreaker: My kid spotted a huge cockroach in the public bathrm. Husband saw a bunch in the garage one night and we were glad they weren’t in our room until he opened the pantry our 2nd to last night and there one was. Texted host and got a chatbot reply so went through Vrbo app and they sent someone to spray the next day. On our last night, we saw one at 6pm and right then we packed up and got out. We didnt request a refund but I didn’t get even a response from the host. I understand the humidity makes it a space they love, but I’ve never seen a cockroach in any condo I’ve stayed in 30 years. A single roach, I would have brushed off, but two back to back is unacceptable. We left for an 18 hour drive after a long beach and pool day, on no sleep. We have spent less staying at nicer condos, we will not be coming back to Sugar Beach condominiums or staying with Vacation Home Collections - a response would have gone a long way.

This complex offers a convenient location, easy beach access, & heated pool. Our condo featured plenty of comfortable sleeping spaces and a nice balcony view of the pools and ocean. We enjoyed our stay.
