You want to feel relaxed while on vacation. We have made every effort to make our condo feel like a cozy retreat. For your comfort we have a king-sized bed in the master bedroom, two full sized beds in the spare bedroom and a full sized bed in the 3rd bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a wonderful meal. Dining room has seating for six with additional seating for three at the breakfast bar. Full sized side by side washer/dryer tucked away in the hall closet for your convenience. Large flatscreen televisions throughout. Queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room. Incredibly open feel views of the Gulf of Mexico from your private balcony. Enjoy breakfast or a cup of coffee while watching the boats set out for their early morning fishing trips. You are sure to have a wonderful vacation here.

On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

Overall pretty good.

This is a great condo with lots of space and clean. The only issues we had was check in times are very confusing. One vrbo said at 4, one email said 5, then anthoer email said 4. Then the day of or before we get a text asking us about what time we would check in opinions were. At 4 between 4 and 6 and after 6. We chose between 4 and 6. We arrived at 430 and our condo was still not cleaned and ready . We waited until after 530 for it to get done. This was our only real problem. Other down side walere the elevators .

Family Vacation

We had a great vacation at this property! It is a close walk out to the beach and also right in the middle of town. Very easy access to everything! We enjoyed getting to access all amenities in phoenix buildings 1-4 while staying on the property. Condo was very spacious and a great fit for our group of 8!
