Love the location and the place, the view, the beach, it's priceless!... but we found that the master shower and hot tub and the whole unit need some serious plumbing maintenance and useless to us so we showered in the same guest bathroom. Each of the bathrooms need some sort of plumbing work. Carpets need a cleaning. Bring everything food and hygiene wise. Liquid Life management company puts a small box in each bathroom. It may be in the docs but be prepared to have someone come in to the unit everyday to clean the hot tub on the deck-super inconvenient. Like I said, beautiful place but fix all the little stuff in your unit. 3 couples would be fighting over the best bathroom for a shower.

Condo needs some attention

Location: The condo was in a great location in Orange Beach. However, this location has 2 large high rise towers and is very crowded. Example, the beach chair rentals were 3 rows deep. Condo itself: It was very spacious and for the most part clean. I did send a list of things broken to the managing company. Example, the tac strips were exposed (which of course we stepped on with bare feet) and none of the outlets worked in master bath. The furniture is “lived in”(leather peeling off sofa)…not the end of the world, but definitely could use some attention and updates, especially for the price. We ended up having a wonderful family beach vacation, but will not be returning to this property.

Vacation

Great location, views, and plenty of space for our family. Well stocked kitchen and grill on the deck was a nice feature. Multiple pools, hot tub on the balcony and easy beach access were all heavily utilized. Hopefully will make it back someday!

Hot tubbing under the stars on your own balcony.

One of the main reasons we have chosen condos at Turquoise Place is your very own hot tub on the balcony. It is both private as well as having some amazing views. Tons of seating in the living room in front of a large screen TV. Dining table has a rotating lazy-susan in the center (which turned out to be great for playing board games). The 2 king bedrooms each have a great walk-in shower. Only gripe, no towel bars in any of the bathrooms (I do understand that wild, spring breakers tend to yank them off the walls, but still ...). Overall, an enjoyable place to stay.

Perfect Condo

This condo was so clean and perfect for 8 of us. The resort had so many fun things to do. The condo description was spot on and the company responded quickly with any messages we sent to them. We would love to stay here again!

Amazing stay for the entire family!

The property is perfect! The personal hot tub, ability to grill on the patio, the amazing slide for the kids/adults, pool bar, it was all just really nice. I will definitely be staying here again!

Relaxing Fall Getaway

We stayed for 3 nights and fully enjoyed ourselves. We definitely didn't need all of the space, but we wanted the personal hot tub. The kitchen was stocked with all we needed for the few meals we made. Nothing beats the view!

Great condo… internet company had a few issues with connectivity, but they came out immediately to remedy the problem. Co do was equipped with all of our kitchen needs. We had a terrific time in OBA.

Spring Break

The room is the most spacious I have ever had, it will be hard to compare anything else in the future. The couple of maintenance issues we had were addressed mostly by the property management. The property management company was easy to get a hold of and responded quickly. The parking spot is in a perfect location to quickly access the elevators as is the room location.

Very Enjoyable Vacation

My family enjoyed our time at Turquoise place. Beautiful view from the 20th floor. Very clean and comfortable condo. Wish the hot tubs would have worked but looking forward to our next trip!

2023 Valentines Trip

The place is incredible. Our unit was perfect for our stay. We had to stay 2 additional nights due to a tire replacement issue but did not mind at all. We were close to many dining choices which makes this a desirable Orange Beach location. We will be back. This is our new "go to" beach location.
