Phoenix East offers some of the best views in town! Settle into this comfortable beach-front vacation condo and you will be all set! This two-bedroom and two-bath condo has everything you need for an enjoyable stay.
The living area is adjacent to the gulf-front balcony, and has a queen sleeper sofa, a chair wiht an ottoman and a recliner. There's also an entertainment center with a flat screen TV.
The kitchen has granite countertops and a bar with three stools, plus a glass-topped dining table with seating fro six.
The first bedroom has a king bed with rattan furnishings that include two nightstands with lamps and a flat screen TV. The master bath has granite countertops and a shower/tub combination as well as seating area in the vanity.
The second bedroom has a king bed with rattan furnishings, including two nightstabds with lamps, a dresser with a mirror and a TV stand with a flat-screen TV.
The bathroom has granite countertops with a shower/tub combination.
The balcony offers a table and ample seating to watch the waves roll in.

Hot water was hard to turn on in both bathrooms, the temperature gauge seems to be stripped.

My only complaint is most of good parking is saved for condo owners. Most sat empty !! We had to walk around a tennis court to get to condo. Owners spots should be marked with room # .... No wasted parking spots !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
