We had a wonderful stay! The home was plenty big and well stocked for our wedding crew of 9 adults and 2 children. We were only 10 mins from Howe Farms. The kids loved playing outside and greeting the animals/friendly cat. We would highly recommend and stay here again. Very comfortable and clean!

Family perfect

Our son was getting married a few minutes down the road and this was the perfect place to relax between the wedding busyness. Our grandson loved the friendly kitty, the cows and especially the donkeys. If we are ever this way again, we will for sure rent again!!

Incredible home to stay in with Matt attentive to our questions. Home had everything we needed for our family. Sunsets were amazing and it was so peaceful there with donkeys and cows quietly grazing next door. We couldn’t have had any better, and convenient to the grocery store and gas.

Great weekend trip.

We took the kids and grandkids for a weekend trip. There was plenty of room for everyone (11). The house was very nice and super clean. If we return to Chattanooga we will definitely rent this property again.

Family Wedding

Beautiful, spacious home. That had plenty of room for all of us .. 9 adults. Location was beautiful, loved the donkeys. The internet was a bit skectchy with some many people.Would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Beautiful Home, Close to Howe Farms

Our family (my wife, our 8 children) and in-laws stayed at this home while attending a wedding at Howe Farms. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood, the well-appointed home, and the outside fire pit. It was odd that bedroom doors didn't lock - and there was very little interaction with owner (which is fine, but we're used to a more specific check-in and check-out process). If we're in the area again, we'd for sure plan to stay again!

Perfect for our family

We attended a wedding nearby and needed a place for our family. The house is spacious and in a nice quiet location. Loved seeing the playful donkeys in the field next door. The property manager was very responsive. We enjoyed hanging out at the house. Plenty of kitchen space too. Managed to go for a hike nearby and enjoyed visiting the Little Debbie store in town. Overall I couldn't be more pleased with our stay.

Comfortable home

This home had comfortable bedrooms, and options for casual hanging out. We were in town with our teenage children visiting family, and it was the perfect location and set-up for easy gathering and plenty of privacy for everyone.

Second time staying at this place. Love it! Great accommodations. House has everything you need and kitchen is fully stocked. Beds very comfy. Decor is so nice. Peaceful setting. Loved sitting on front porch having coffee in the morning. Firepit in the back is great! Thank you!

Nice home with Convenient Location

Absolutely perfect!

The house was perfect for our group of 14. It had plenty of rooms and beds, it was fully equipped with lots of dishes and linens. It was so cozy! We enjoyed a cool evening around the fire pit. There was enough yard for the kids to enjoy outside. Highly recommend!

Access to restaurants/groceries/gas. Perfect for those with an event at the Gray Dove or vacationing in Chattanooga and want to escape the city. Plenty of room for a large family.

Was a great comfortable, beautiful, peaceful home that met all our need for a women’s group of 12

My women’s group came to attend The Ramp Women’s Conference hosted by Karen Wheaton in Cleveland Tennessee. It was easy to find & met all our needs. Matt was a wonderful host checking on us everyday to ensure we had everything we needed. He even left our ladies treats & stuff to make s’mores in the fire pit out back 🥰 Gold Star

Great Stay

We recently had 3 families stay at the property with 2 toddlers and 2 infants. The house was great, and plenty of space for everyone - especially the giant kids' room on the second floor. Matt was flexible with us as well when we got behind on our departure day, extending our checkout time for us that morning. If I had to pick something to suggest as an improvement for future guests, maybe adding some additional cooking tools (large cutting board, pizza pan, etc.) Thanks for a great stay!

Wonderful home!

This was the perfect stay for our family in Ooltewah, TN. The house was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The decorating made us feel like we were at a very upscale farmhouse -even had cows softly mooing in a pasture nearby. The bedrooms are large and the beds were very comfortable. The bright kitchen was well stocked with everything needed for meal preparations. The owners were quick to respond to our questions and flexible to work with. Excellent VRBO!!!
