Excellent experience for an older low end property. Managed exceptionally well
Super adorable fluffy cats while checking in at the office, the motel owner was very kind and friendly, and the motel was located at very convenient stop off the highway. Great continental breakfast options - I had strawberry milk and a poppy seed muffin. Really charming establishment!
The best part of the property was the cat "Fluffy." The whole thing was old, outdated, and way overpriced. It is a $30 room going for $100.

This is a totally classic motel. It felt like home to me. Everything was there and worked but no frills.
They used paper products and recyclable serving ware, the breakfast items were good and plentiful. The cleaning agent left an overpowering fragrance in the room and made me a bit wheezy. Something less would be better for many of us sensitives.
Beautiful plantings and everyone was friendly. Liked the soap and shampoo—all aromatherapy. Would be nice to have a few hangers, there were none.

Room was fine. Price a little high for this class of motel, but all prices in town for this date were high.
Great older motel. Good clean room, nice bed, & well kept. We stayed one night passing thru and would stay again.
The service was okay, but the smell in our room was impossible to ignore and overshadowed everything. It got stronger when the air conditioner was blowing, so I think it was coming from there.
Pros: Clean; bed comfy; nice TV and actual HD picture; pretty good continental breakfast spread. Cons: NO HOT WATER! Traffic Noise comes through chinzy doors, bathroom door covered in paint splatters and watch out for ants.
Unfortunately, I did not ask for a non-smoking room (if there were any) and it was the WORST smelling room I have ever stayed in. My wife and I went to Walmart to buy air fresheners to help mask the odor. I honestly can not think of one positive thing to say about this place. Everything in the room was outdated (including the bed) This hotel needs a major refurbishing inside and out.
It is next to a freeway so you get some traffic noise. Credit card machine gets hiccups from time to time. Overall it is satisfactory for long haul travellers.
